  • Absolutely a Dream Cottage "Bach on the Brac"

"My father and I go away annually to a sunny destination. I had chosen this cottage for many reasons, and all exceeded our expectations. When we arrived we were met by Van, the property manager, who met us as the airport, despite the fact that our flight was delayed, led the way across the island and introduced to the location and its details, keys, amenities, rooms, basic stock, bicycles, etc etc. But what became my favorite was the pool and my buddies, the pool duck and turtle which told me the temperature. The whole place became what my father described as a "guilty pleasure". You woke up to the sun rising, swam in the pool before breakfast, enjoyed the first meal of the day on the deck, headed out to do our daily activities only to return swim, and then prepare meals in a fabulous kitchen, collapse for a good movie before moving to the deck to have tea and watch the stars prior to heading to your bedrooms, all with adjoining washroom/shower facilities. It couldn't have been any nicer. I definitely recommend this location, accommodation and give this site 5 star plus! Thanks Melissa for all your interaction, recommendations and the opportunity to realize a dream on the Brac at Bach! Jane & Mike, from Canada"

  • Perfect Location and Beautiful Views!

"This was our fifth visit to the Caymans and this is the best place that we have stayed. The view is one of the best that you will find anywhere. The sunsets are spectacular. We spent two wonderful weeks relaxing and enjoying the beach and views from the screened porch. We sat on the beach at night and did some stargazing – what an incredible view. Having Rum Point with all of its amenities close by was perfect for our two teenage boys. The condo has everything that you need and we ate several meals in the condo. There are a couple of grocery stores within a few miles where you can get some basics but you may want to stop at Hurleys or Fosters to get other things. Fosters has a deli with pre-prepared meals that are excellent and you can just heat it up. The snorkeling is some of the best that we have every experienced and it is right outside of the condo. We took the kayak out to the buoy in front of the condo every day and snorkeled back using the kayak as our “flag” as there are a lot of boats around. Our boys did quite a bit of fishing outside of the condo and caught several interesting fish. Gigi was very helpful and responsive. There was scaffolding outside of the screened porch when we got there and when I mentioned it to Gigi, it was promptly removed. If you enjoy the quiet and want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown and the 7 mile beach, I would highly recommend this condo and location. We will be back!!!"

  • A Little Piece of Paradise

"The Vincent's Condo is immaculate and well appointed. The location is very peaceful, not only away from the maddening crowd of Seven Mile Beach but also far enough away from any parties at the attached Reef Resort so as not to interrupt the solitude. If you really do need a party you are still only about a 2 minute walk from the centre of the action at the Reef. You have the benefit of not paying resort prices for your accommodation but can still use all the facilities of the Reef, including a full fitness centre, and participate in all the activities. The local condo manager, Wendy, does a superb job and is available electronically 24/7 to answer any questions or provide assistance. She will also arrange to stock any groceries or liquor you need available on arrival which is mainly important if you are arriving on a Sunday since all the stores on the island are closed. If not arriving on Sunday, Fosters Express grocery and Jacques Scott liquors is just across the street within walking distance. The condo itself has all the comforts of home including, dish washer, washer and dryer, very strong performing free wifi and satellite TV. The only added feature which would be bonus would be a chaise lounge on the balcony but since the beach and numerous very comfortable chaise lounges are less than 1 minute away it's not a big concern, Even though the condo is located on what some people consider the remote East end, there are 16 restaurants within a 20 minute drive and the unsurpassed Rum Point facility about 15 minutes away. If you need more actions you can be to the Seven Mile Beach area in about 40 minutes on very good roads. It really does fell like a home away from home."
