  • Great place to stay

"My husband and I and our 2 young adult children stayed here over Christmas break. The accommodations were perfect and Kirby gave great information before arriving so that we knew where to rent a car, where to shop and which restaurants to visit. We were able to cook most meals at the condo, which had all that we needed to do so. We were right on the beach and even though the wind was blowing every day we were able to get out to snorkel and saw some life. The condo is tastefully furnished and even had games, books and a DVD player for our entertainment. It was clean upon our arrival; beach towels were provided as well as sand toys. The area is the quieter side of the island which we really preferred, especially after a day of venturing out to the busy parts. We would stay here again."

  • You cant ask for a better location on 7 mile beach

"This 2 bedroom condo is absolutely right on the water. The back of the condo is no more than 50 feet from the actual water and 10 ft from the beach. There are always chairs available on the beach and it is nice and quiet. You have restaurants around like Coconut Joes and Peppers to walk to and the Marriott is only a couple doors down. The Condo itself is great. From the Master a great view of the water and all the amenities are great, especially the washer and dryer. The pool looks great although we never used it with the beach and water right there. Snorkeling is fantastic right off the beach with a reef about 100ft out. We took Taxi's everywhere, but we also found out after the fact, we could have grabbed shuttles from the Marriott to things like the turtles. I would highly recommend a stay here"

  • Wife Approved (part 1)

"This place was absolutely great! Like I stated in the title, my wife loved it and she's pretty particular! In fact, everyone in our group of seven was beyond pleased and impressed. I was a little nervous due to the lack of reviews when we booked it, so I wanted to make sure it got its due justice so you would have a better feel about this amazing place. The pictures are an accurate description of the villa. It is simple but clean and comfortable and well kept. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance you might need. We cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner regularly there during our 8 day stay. You have a full size refrigerator. (Stop at Foster’s right by the airport or Hurley’s on your way out) The three bedrooms upstairs are all very private and have their own full bathroom. The room downstairs is literally its own little apartment with full kitchen, living room, etc. This place will hold 8 with complete privacy and 12 will fit quite comfortably if they don't mind sleeping on a pull-out couch. The view is excellent and the environment is serene. We hardly saw another soul minus the neighbors on your left who are extremely nice and friendly but also private and will not bug you. This is not a long expansive beach but there is sand and it is nice and clean. Right along the shore there is some rock and it stays fairly shallow (1-3 feet) with some grass so it's not going to be a place you're probably going to sit in the water. Even being on the south shore there is a nice reef so you won't fight too many waves. There was always a nice breeze blowing in from the south/east so mornings and evenings on the outdoor screened-in deck were outstanding. The air conditioning works great and keeps the inside nice and cool. They have nice chairs to lay out on and a little gazebo with a couple hammocks. Near the end of the trip the girls decided to get massages on the beach under the palm trees. The whole place really has a nice vibe. There is some snorkeling if you go out and around the dock to your left. Past the grass it will drop from being so shallow to 3-6 feet deep. About 30 yards out from that dock on the left there is a concrete block that held some lobsters and lion fish. One day my buddy and I swam all the way out to the reef. There is a little coral out there but probably not worth the swim. Spend your time taking a 10 minute trip to one of the many good spots on the north shore (Cayman Kai public beach around to Rum Point is EXCELLENT)."
