  • Perfect in every way

"We just returned home from a glorious week at this beautiful condo on Boggy Sand Rd. in Cayman. We loved the location. The unit was very well appointed with everything our family of 6 could possibly need. It was extremely clean, modern and more than enough room for us. The beds were super comfortable with luxurious linens. We cooked breakfast everyday and went out to dinner each night. Foster's grocery was an easy walk away and the amazing, secluded beach was right across the residential street. We felt like "locals" for the week! Julie was always a quick email away for any questions we had. They provided a cell phone for local calls or to reach them with any issues. The local people of Grand Cayman were some of the friendliest of any Caribbean Island we had ever visited. Could not imagine staying anywhere else on the Island and plan on returning soon!!"

  • Wife Approved (part 1)

"This place was absolutely great! Like I stated in the title, my wife loved it and she's pretty particular! In fact, everyone in our group of seven was beyond pleased and impressed. I was a little nervous due to the lack of reviews when we booked it, so I wanted to make sure it got its due justice so you would have a better feel about this amazing place. The pictures are an accurate description of the villa. It is simple but clean and comfortable and well kept. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance you might need. We cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner regularly there during our 8 day stay. You have a full size refrigerator. (Stop at Foster’s right by the airport or Hurley’s on your way out) The three bedrooms upstairs are all very private and have their own full bathroom. The room downstairs is literally its own little apartment with full kitchen, living room, etc. This place will hold 8 with complete privacy and 12 will fit quite comfortably if they don't mind sleeping on a pull-out couch. The view is excellent and the environment is serene. We hardly saw another soul minus the neighbors on your left who are extremely nice and friendly but also private and will not bug you. This is not a long expansive beach but there is sand and it is nice and clean. Right along the shore there is some rock and it stays fairly shallow (1-3 feet) with some grass so it's not going to be a place you're probably going to sit in the water. Even being on the south shore there is a nice reef so you won't fight too many waves. There was always a nice breeze blowing in from the south/east so mornings and evenings on the outdoor screened-in deck were outstanding. The air conditioning works great and keeps the inside nice and cool. They have nice chairs to lay out on and a little gazebo with a couple hammocks. Near the end of the trip the girls decided to get massages on the beach under the palm trees. The whole place really has a nice vibe. There is some snorkeling if you go out and around the dock to your left. Past the grass it will drop from being so shallow to 3-6 feet deep. About 30 yards out from that dock on the left there is a concrete block that held some lobsters and lion fish. One day my buddy and I swam all the way out to the reef. There is a little coral out there but probably not worth the swim. Spend your time taking a 10 minute trip to one of the many good spots on the north shore (Cayman Kai public beach around to Rum Point is EXCELLENT)."

  • Wonderful 10th Stay on Grand Cayman

"This vacation was my families 10th stay on the GC from 7/23 - 7/30. We have two teenage girls who are 16 and 19 and we are all certified divers. We typically stay at the Westin (preferred) or the Marriott on points but the Westin is undergoing a renovation and we didn't want to to in the middle of that. I searched and searched for a an alternative option and came across Regal Beach Club. I read exhaustive reviews and we finally settled on Carol Sorensen's wonderful unit 522. The unit is a nicely updated 2 bed, 2 bath 2nd floor unit with ocean views with all of the amenities that you would ever need. Carol owns 5 units in total (l believe) on property and she was extremely responsive, informative and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to rent from her again. We also loved all of her artwork with a beautiful island theme. Lastly, Jennifer who is the onsite property manager couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Do not hesitate to rent to rent Carol's wonderful units and next time we may splurge on her 3 bedroom ocean front penthouse!"
