  • A Jewel in Paradise

"The Property was exactly as described on the Listing. The owner, David Soto was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. When we arrived, the A.C.was on and we felt very comfortable and relaxed. We enjoyed very much the on site Pool and Patio. The Security and Employees were excellent. The on site Parking and Laundry room were an added bonus. The Beaches, Restaurants, and Retail Shopping were all within walking distance. We had a Great time. Thank you David Soto, we look forward to future visits. Mike and Myra."

  • Peaceful Hansen Bay Retreat

"We have rented Camercon Cove for many years now, and would never consider another place. While not ostentatious in design or furnishings, the house works well and is comfortable, and for peace and quiet, and water access, you cannot beat the location. Life happens on the deck breakfast thru dinner and on into sunset and starscape, or on the beach. Not as sandy as the north shore beaches, but a very short walk, and the 1/4 mile beach is shared by only 5 properties, one still only an empty lot. Right next to Sloop Jones on the map, and walkable close to other uncrowded East End beaches. A regular parade of sail and power boats and kayaks anchor below the house: you can pay about $75 an person to hire a boat in Coral Bay for a "secluded snorkel" trip and they will bring you here to Pelican Rocks, which you can easily swim to from our beach. You need a bit of sang froid to drive the hills of the National Park from Coral Bay-- centerline road from Cruz Bay is just a warm up--but Coral Bay has all you need, and now has several quite fine places to eat. If you snorkel over the turtle grass toward Long Point in late afternoon, you have a good chace of seeing a Spotted Eagle Ray cruising under you, the single most graceful moving creature in the sea ( and air for that matter)."

  • Remarkable Christmas 2015

"Very exciting vacation! We were supposed to visit Puerto Rico three years ago, even had deposit sent for this condo..then found out daughter (who was coming with husband) along with my son, my husband and myself was expecting her first child in November and would therefore, not be able to take trip. Three years later, with another child, a son, my daughter and her family, along with my son, husband and myself finalized our vacation plans to Las Palmas. You could not ask for nicer accommodations anywhere. Everything was state of the art down to the induction range top! The layout with three bedrooms and three full baths was perfect, allowing for privacy and "escape" if needed. The property manager Rosanna is a gem! The Miodonka's are extremely lucky to have found her. Our plane was late getting in and she called my office in NY to make sure everything was still scheduled. Not only that, Rosanna made some green bananas and some baccala for us as well as buying milk to have for the little ones and having some breakfast cereal for them along with an avocado. You certainly wouldn't find that touch anywhere else to my knowledge. The weather was perfect. Rain in morning for about 5 minutes and then again at night for same period of time. Always a pretty strong breeze, which was nice because you were never too hot. I would highly recommend this will not be disappointed."
