"My stay at Ginger Lillies was amazing! My friends and I had a great time. The ammenities at the house were beyond our expectations. The house was very tidy and clean upon arrival and a cleaning service was offered during our stay. Our requests were met with minimum hassle and staff were friendly. Will definitely be staying at Ginger Lillies again!!"

  • IT WAS EVERYTHING WE DREAMED ABOUT

"This is definitely a luxury villa, which is what we were looking for on this trip. Yvan called us promptly and was constantly in touch via phone and email making sure we knew exactly what we needed to know to make our stay perfect!!! He provided telephone numbers of friends should we have a medical emergency, thankfully we did not. When we arrived following his perfect directions, Lionel was there to greet us and show us around, he was so helpful to us during our stay. The fridge was full of goodies and ohhhh in the morning those croissants were so fine. The view is cherished and many of the local people have never seen it as this is a gated community and we felt very privileged to have this opportunity. The walk down to the beach was good exercise and we loved Happy Bay and Friar's Bay was fun too!! There is a cooler and much more provided and a shower downstairs to get rid of the sand. My husband and I, our 2 son's and thier wives enjoyed the spacious home and there was alot of space for everyone to enjoy together or privately, Our favourite in the morning was having French Press coffee while sitting in the shaded area watching the boating activity on Happy Bay. Hummingbirds, butterflies flitted around us, too beautiful for words, most days Frannie the turtle would appear and make our day!! We used the BBQ and the kitchen was stocked with quality dishes and pots ect. We found the plastic wineglasses ect. for outside and loved having champagne in the Jacuzzi or the pool. Everything was spotless and the bedding was lovely, I highly recommend ths beautiful retreat. We had a rental car delivered to us and it was very nice to go and dine in Grand Case, see Orient Bay, shop at Bacchus and see Phillipsburg but most of all we loved staying at the villa. The kids did a snorkeling adventure out of Grand Case one morning but coud not wait to get back to the villa. We left there feeling rested and relaxed, it was the perfect vacation. Thank you Yvan and Carole and Lionel and Yvenotte"

  • family vacation

"we where 6 adults and 4 kids ages 2 to 4 years old, stayed at the villa for 10 day. The villa was perfect for our family, very well maintained, the large yard and the kiddie pool where a great surprise. The kids bedroom is nice for a little older kids since its away from the other bedrooms. The staff was very nice and ones Nelly the cook learned our likes in food preparations she made delicious healthy meals. It is helpful to speak some Spanish makes it much easier to communicate. We are looking forward to going back."

  • The Real Deal

"There is a reason that every review is 5 stars- the condo is wonderful. It was a final family vacation before our oldest starts college this fall, and it was the perfect choice. Clean and spacious, three large bedrooms, a great sun room and an outdoor balcony. Each day we explored a different area of the island. Some of our top choices: 1. Rent your SUV from Unity (Brian connected us with them)- nothing better than having your vehicle delivered to you at the airport and then dropping it off in the departure lane. 2. Orient Beach was our favorite beach- we loved the water and casual restaurants- Parking was easy. Other top beaches- Cupecoy- right outside the condo and a private little beach by Little Bay. (There is public parking right next to the Belair Beach Hotel.) 3. We did 2 snorkeling trips. One with Octopus Diving- 3 out of 5 stars: The Creole Rock site is excellent. The other trip was with Captain Alan's Snorkeling- 5 out of 5 stars. A little more expensive, but well worth it. We did the 1/2 day tour and enjoyed every second. Got to see the sea turtles. 4. Croissants at Sarafinas. 5. Beachfront dinner at Grand Case, but just as delicious was a crepe stand near the parking lot. 6. Loterie Farm. My son and I did the hike and saw wild monkeys 7. Card games at night in the sun room overlooking the sea. The internet worked, but was slow for international work. My VPN connection kept getting dropped. Don't plan on doing a lot of remote work, but who really wants to anyway? Dawn beach- too much seaweed. Glad we were not staying there. Philipsburg- we are not big shoppers, so this was a wasted 2 hours. Too many tourists and bad restaurants. Unexpected memorable event: Used google maps on the cell phone while driving, and it worked fine. Occasionally it would route you through "short cuts" that you would not ordinarily plan on taking. One time a wrong turn and inability to take a U turn had us go over one of the highest points- the grade was over 15% and it felt like the SUV was going to tip over backwards. More exciting than any roller coaster- a highlight that even the teens didn't want to repeat. We highly recommend this condo."
