"Wonderful site with beach out front. Owner provides fully equipped, including kayaks. Get Bahamas sim card for phone internet on island, and house. No safe on site and, as of our visit, many windows wouldn't lock. Many sliding doors won't open. Owner very responsive and helpful getting us settled there. Recommend."

  • We were thrilled with the property. The photos do not due it justice.

"Bamboo Cottage was like our own personal paradise. The lush secluded grounds were magnificent. Joanne is a fabulous host who is welcoming and informative, however she provides you with space and privacy. It is a delicate balance that she maintains so well. The delicious snack tray and rum punch upon arrival were very much appreciated after our journey. We had the pleasure of being in Antigua during mango season. Not only did Joanne provide us with a number of mangoes, she shared her knowledge on how to properly cut them. It was a first for me. We appreciated all the extra items that were included, especially the beach chairs and towels. Nightly swims in the pool were such an added perk. Thank you Joanne for sharing your beautiful oasis with us. We highly recommend this adorable, well appointed cottage. It made our trip to Antigua perfect. Barbara and John"

  • A vacation to remember

"This resort is top notch! Villas were great, service was friendly, restaurants were superb. So much to do that we need to go back just to discover everything we missed the first time. Definitely recommend VIP. Breakfast in the villa made mornings simple. Having the golf carts is fun and a time saver. The place is enormous! I could easily stay here two weeks. Reed and Lisa were great to work with. Very easy transaction. Recommend flying into POP if you don't mind the extra cost. Saves 1.5 hour shuttle. We did 1/2 day trips to waterfalls (included coffe/cocoa tasting and cigar factory), city tour (ask for the rum factory to be included!), and dolphin swim off campus. All definitely worth it."

  • Great place to stay on Grace Bay!

"This was our 2nd visit to Turks & Caicos. The first time we stayed at the Regent Palms (now just the Palms) and this time we opted to take advantage of a condo style rental. Unit 501 at the Villa Renaissance was fantastic! Villa Renaissance is the perfect size community, not too big and not too small. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, the pool was the perfect size and everyone we encountered was pleasant, from the guest services to the other residents. The unit itself was clean, roomy and well equipped. It literally has everything you'll need for your stay, except for groceries if you want them. It was truly more than I expected. The patio was the perfect quiet nook for us to have breakfast or spend some quiet time responded to emails, etc... but really, you shouldn't be doing that on vacation anyway. :) The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. There's any emergency cell phone with 10 prepaid minutes, plus a regular dial out phone... There's laundry detergent and the bathroom had plenty of lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soap. They supplied tennis racquets/balls and even bug spray. We would definitely stay here again."
