  • Great Kite Beach Condo

"Brian’s property is ideal for those who wants to relax or who wants to do kitesurfing. From POP airport is a 30 minutes taxi ride or less. The property is very inviting and tropically beautiful. The condo staff is very attentive and security is 24/7 at the main entrance and at the beachside. Brian’s apartment is nicely decorated and very open. It has A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. From the main bedroom and terrace you can see the lovely blue pool and the ocean. Our goal was to relax from the hectic NYC rhythm and we sure did. We did not rent a car as our intention was to travel little as possible. All the things we wanted were literally steps away. In the mornings we walk along the beach to the center of Cabarete and back. Breakfast and lunch we managed at the condo. Most of our dinners were at Casa Mami Extreme, in the Extreme Hotel. The restaurant is run by a Spaniard who will accommodate your wish. For an upscale dinner experience, highly recommended Natura Restaurant. We took a taxi to the restaurant. The Extreme hotel provided the gym classes and yoga classes to keep us in shape. Brian’s property is highly recommended, if we decide to return to Cabarete we will definitely rent this property over and over again. Brian was very attentive and responded to our emails promptly."

  • Great Place for Couples or Families

"My wife and I stayed 5 nights at this house in June 2016, and we would ABSOLUTELY go back! The grounds are beautiful and make you feel very secluded. It is in a very quiet section of the island, but it is very close to Hope Town, a convenience store, and several restaurants. You will practically have the beach in front of the house to yourselves, and having "On Da Beach" next door was much more of an amenity than an issue - nice to have good, relatively inexpensive (for the Bahamas) food and drinks right next door, plus they close down around 7 p.m.! You can't beat having breakfast overlooking the ocean and sitting on the back deck at night to see a million stars! The main house is divided into LR/DR/K/MBR in larger unit, with a double bed and single bed plus bath unit across the breezeway. Small cottage on the grounds sleeps at least 2 more. It was just the two of us on this visit, but we could easily see bringing the whole family plus a couple of friends, and everyone would be quite comfortable and have some private space. The owner and property managers were excellent and very responsive. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience!"

  • Amazing waterfront property! Incredible sunrises and sunsets!

"Thank you so much for sharing your great home with us! Such an incredible view. Uninterrupted blue water as far as you can see. The house was low key and beachy but nicely appointed, with great furniture, comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. AC worked and was helpful at night! We loved our fishing and snorkeling trip with James. We caught -- and cooked -- Porgy, Margaret, and Trigger fish. And he cut up some conch and we made conch salad from a Bahamian cookbook in the bookshelf! We snorkeled and swam for hours out in the amazing bay right in front of the house. The water is crystal clear. Perfect for kids. What a treat just to go right down the steps! Very quiet undeveloped area-- which we loved. Good information on what to do nearby. We went to the deserted beach by Peachers cave (saw the blue hole but were too scared to jump!) and visited the flats in The Current at the perfect time of day. We also drove down to the Queens Baths. Perfect place to spend a windy day! Thomas's bread and cookies in town were a daily excursion as well as fruit and tomatoes from the stand up the road. Fresh Papaya! Quick things to note: Like many island hones, the water is potable but smells a little like sulfur and is very minerally. We totally didn't mind.. They have bottled drinking and cooking water. The no see ums and mousquitos can be rough, and the screens aren't perfect, but if you wear a little bug spray you are fine. I can't wait to rent again!"

  • Absolutely impeccable

"YOU MUST STAY HERE! This property was immaculate and completely updated and stylish. We choose to stay on the second floor for privacy so we could sit on the balcony and sip coffee in our PJ's while enjoying the pristine view of the beautiful Caribbean ocean. The owner is so helpful and recommended a deep sea fishing tour for us that was an incredible experience. He is friendly and VERY accommodating as we ended up having to extend our stay to move our daughter to the Island. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is snorkel gear which we used right outside of the condo! Everything about this condo made us want to stay forever. This unit is perfect in every way and we loved it so much we actually moved our daughter into the condos right next door. Sapphire beach and this condo and owner are superb. He even helped us with his contacts on the Island to help secure a place for our daughter. We could not have asked for a more compassionate owner that was willing to go above and beyond to make our stay truly remarkable. WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!!"
