  • Wonderful Condo

"We just returned from a girls getaway weekend on St. Thomas. This condo is in a great location and we had a wonderful time. The owners were very kind and easy to work with. The condo is pushed back from the beach a little bit but there is a beautiful view from the balcony and an easy walk down to the beach and marina at the Sapphire Resort. We didn't rent a car while we were visiting. Taxi service from the airport was easy to arrange and the walk into the town of Red Hook (and to the ferry to St. John) is about half a mile. The road is not the best for walking along but we would usually walk down and take a taxi back pretty easily. Sapphire also has a pool and a bar which were both great once the sun went down. The condo is homey and we cooked in most nights using the equipped kitchen. The owners provided towels, beach chairs, and floats which made flying over without checked luggage easy! The condo had everything we needed and we were sad to have to leave. We'd all go back in a heartbeat!"

  • Return to paradise!

"Our family of 8 plus a 9 month old, stayed here for 1 glorious week. Pictures are exactly as we found the property. Lots of room inside and even more around the pool. Everyone could gather poolside comfortably, whether you wanted sun or shade. Hammock got good use, however the porch swing no longer exists. The area is secluded with almost no boats or people. Pure relaxation. We did run the air at night in the bedrooms to help with high humidity,. The extra charge at the end of the week was $70. The main house remained cool without airconditioners running. We cooked breakfasts and a couple dinners, and the kitchen is well equipped for large meal prep. Also multiple tables to surround for meals, inside and out. The detached bedroom suite was perfect for the couple with the 9 month old. (Bring your baby monitor) because it was quiet and away from noise in the house or around the pool. You will need to rent a car, or in our case, a van. They drive on the left and our van actually had the driver seated on the right. The road to the house is very rough, and requires a slower pace, but you soon adjust to just taking it easy. Graceway market is an easy drive for supplies. It's more expensive than the states, but well stocked with everything you need. One draw back I think is that the water in the house is not drinkable, so you must buy gallons and gallons of water for everything from making coffee & ice tea to making baby bottles. I think the owners would/could help this situation by buying a water dispenser and large water bottles. We had a dozen gallon jugs, full and empty laying around most of the time. The owner has beach chairs, umbrellas and a few other beach items for guests use, which was nice. We did have to buy a small cooler for the beach days. TV provided all the channels we are used to, but picture quality not so hot. We only watched tv to see a couple NCAA games. We did go to the Thursday night festival at the national park. Lots of food, vendors and music. Worth the trip. This was our 3rd trip to Turks and Caicos and 3rd house we've rented. We love being away from the big resorts and tons of people. This is cheaper in the long run and so much more enjoyable. This house and its location made it a winner for our family. Activities are easy to arrange if you want to do them, but the house is a great way to spread out, relax, cook and enjoy the peaceful view outside every door and window. The pictures don't lie. This is a beautiful property!!!!"

  • Romantic gateway with true St Lucian soul

"We stayed four blessed days at Cap Pavilion and considered ourselves super fortunate since the day we stepped in this astonishing property. We went back and forth between going to a hotel or renting a villa and are so happy that we chose the villa. The location- with 360 degree views of the ocean- is outstanding. 5-10 min drive to beaches, in an isolated, quiet, residential neighborhood. Sandrine, who oversees the property made our stay so special. We had al the meals at home, except for one, which we regretted. There is nothing like seating in the outdoor, open living room, with an impeccably set dinner table (think linen), tasting some of the most incredible authentic Caribbean food. The house is spacious, impeccably kept, super clean and with a true island style, white against green and blue. Wonderful in every way, we are already talking about coming back! Thank you!!!"
