  • Fabulous Stay with 4 adults 5 kids (ages 5 to 9)

"This house is wonderful! Perfect location. Perfect view of St. Thomas. We really loved every part of it. The pool is great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The linens and towels were nice. My bed was very comfortable. Was only buggy when the kids left the balcony doors open in their room. The 5 kids loved the playroom - the 4 adults liked that the playroom was separate from the main portion of the house! Each bedroom has a King sized bed and its own bathroom - which makes it the perfect house for 4 couples. The bedroom and bathroom doors are not solid doors they are made of slats. It wasn't a problem but I prefer more privacy from both sides of the door than that. 3 bedrooms are on the second floor and one is on the main floor. (There is another bedroom with a murphy bed off the playroom which does not have a door to the main house. It is not equivalent to the other 4 bedrooms at all.) Two of the bedrooms have an indoor shower and an outdoor shower. The other two have just an outdoor shower. I LOVED the outdoor shower. The house is environmentally friendly with timers on the lights and the a/c. So, if you want the lights or a/c on you have to set a dial. We thought that aspect was great until we went to bed the first night and the a\c in our rooms clicked off after 6 hours (max setting). I generally like to sleep much longer than 6 hours and the room got uncomfortable. It wasn't a big deal just found myself jumping out of bed whenever I woke up in the middle of the night to walk around to the kids rooms to turn the knob so they didn't get hot and wake up early. The music system was nice. I didn't watch one second of tv the entire time I was there so I can't comment on that. But there were tvs in every bedroom, living room and the playroom. The playroom has a bathroom, a bedroom, an air hockey table, pool table and an old school video game thing. There were also lots of comfy looking recliners down there. Beach chairs, snorkel gear for adults, a cooler, pool floats, beach towels for 8 people, extra sheets, a roll of paper towels, more toilet paper than you will be able to use, some laundry detergent, dish soap, garbage bags, a few seasonings, sugar and olive oil were there as well. Coffee pot filters too. The management company, Sol Villas, sent Henry (or Enry as we've been calling him) to greet us and take care of a faulty smoke detector at one point. He was fabulous. I'm very happy and will definitely be back!"

  • Hammerstein Highland House - AWESOME

"4 adults and 7 girls, ranging from 7 to 15, spent an amazing week at this amazing home in Montego Bay. It is such a historic home with amazing views perched atop a hillside. The accommodations were very nice, the pool was perfect, and the scenery was spectacular. I'd rate the property itself a 10 out of 10. However, the property pales in comparison to the staff that takes care of you while you are there! Carl should actually play a butler in a movie as he is in charge and makes sure you are relaxing. Sherianne's meals were delicious and enjoyed by everyone! Kimoya kept the rooms tidy and neat, and the towels well stocked by the pool. JJ and T Man looked after the grounds - and us - 24/7. We all had an incredible experience here, and felt like we left with some great friends as well! Don't miss this slice of heaven in Jamaica!"

  • peaceful paradise

"I have just returned from an idyllic month in Annie's Skyward cottage and could not be more pleased. The cottage is charmingly rustic and as far from the hustle of a resort as one can get. The views are breathtaking and life here is simple and peaceful. We spent our time searching for treasure on the lovely beach, pulling wahoo from the sea with Local Boy Charters, and a big night out was bingo at the village pub. The cottage is steps from all the village has to offer but as private as one could hope for. Excellent for a romantic getaway. Thank you Annie. You are a wonderful host."

  • Extremely relaxing.

"Staying at Starfish cottage proved to be the most relaxing vacation ever. The location was perfect and the beach stunning. The cottage was clean, comfortable and fully equipped for all our needs. We cooked in and enjoyed meals out. A must restaurant (Touch of Class) will pick you up and return you after a wonderful Bahamian meal. The locals are extremely friendly and we made some new friends. I loved our cottage and hope to visit Treasure Cay again."
