  • Haven't even been there yet and impressed with service!

"I felt the need to write a review before we have even arrived on the island, because I am so impressed with the owners. We inquired with different owners about several properties on different parts of the island as we were trying to narrow down where we wanted to stay. Some owners either never responded or took so long to respond that we assumed the property was unavailable and they just hadn't updated their calendars. This is not the case with Tony and Brent. They have been very fast to respond to our messages, and have answered all of our questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. We even asked about one small concern in one of the reviews, and they went to the point of saying they would look into changing something the next time they are on the island. This was certainly not our expectation, and beyond what I have seen owners offer to do with any other rentals we've used on vrbo. We had a short list of places we decided we'd enjoy renting, but Troy and Brent's service was so impeccable, that we easily and quickly made the decision to stay in their place. We are confident we will be happy with our decision once we're there!"

  • Up Up and Away Bombay and St. Marteen

"I arrived in SXM with an SUV awaiting, drove to the penthouse, parked, took the elevator to the fourth floor and entered a beautifully appointed hallway, dropped my luggage in my room, and promptly took a shower. Great water pressure, that’s a must. After the shower I crawled into bed, adjusted the remote A/C and instantly fell asleep. I awoke from a sound sleep, fab mattress, uber soft sheets, and proceeded to the kitchen to prepare my morning tea. I ventured onto the private penthouse balcony and slipped into a comfy lounge chair, sipped my cup of tea with the company of serenity, solitude, and the rhythmic sound of the ocean waves that reached the private beach below. The penthouse is on the fourth floor with a view to kill. Not only does it have three bedrooms and two and a half baths; one is located in the master suite, the second shared by the other bedrooms, and the half bath which is conveniently set off of the main living space. Additionally, the master suite has its’ own private balcony. Balcony number two can be shared by all, especially at sunset. The kitchen is appointed with the needs to prepare fine dining. The owners have a liquor cabinet and they only ask that you replace what you’ve enjoyed. I left you some Bombay. Ah, but you have finished your book and it’s time to plan some meals. Local grocery stores, both French and Dutch are gloriously stocked. My personal favorites are Carrefour (Dutch side) and Simply Markets (French Side). But you also have the option to order groceries online at Stop N Drop Grocery SXM and they deliver, WOW! The penthouse owners will arrange a rental car for your convenience of travel around the island during your stay. A driving tour is a must. When you dine out choose Sarafina’s for breakfast, Rosemary’s for lunch, and for dinner Le Delight Bistro. At the Bistro you can order tapas for dinner and enjoy a variety. My first time eating escargot and now I have another vice. Swimming in the ocean @ your choice of 37 beaches is a must! The water temperature at the end of May is perfect. Venture on the road behind the Westin at Dawn Beach to see monkeys in the wild. Keep your windows up and beware of the treacherous road surface, SUVs only please. Then return to the penthouse, relax, watch TV, DVDs, listen to music, explore the art throughout the penthouse, and end your day on the balcony , where we started, with a Bombay and Tonic. Up Up and away, Bombay🌞"

  • Alabaster Amazing

"We had the PRIVILEGE of staying at the CBC, Alabaster Villa in April 2016. The Villa is amazing and immaculate...modern and stylish with a perfect beach setting. We stayed there for 2 nights after leaving the Westin and could only wish we had more time there. The plunge pool was perfect for our 3 year old son, and being beachfront was a great treat. I have so much love for this property...Thank you Lisa for a wonderful memory!!"

  • Gorgeous house, great location, fully-equipped, stunning views, dedicated guidance

"The villa is everything beautiful you see in the photos...and more. The gardens were gorgeous. The villa tastefully decorated with stunning wooden sculpture. The pool and grounds serene. Everything was in working order and the kitchen was fully-stocked with items you normally have to buy but never finish before you leave (coffee filters, spices, first aid items). Jerome was responsive, on time, and on point with rental car recommendation (Mark at Paradise Dolphin), places of interest, island info, and restaurants during check in and check out. We're looking forward to our return. Thanks Jerome."
