  • Excellent in Every Way

"Everything about this condo was perfect. Although there are steps to navigate, both from the parking lot and to the beach, my disabled daughter was able to handle them. The condo is absolutely beautiful - the photos do not do it justice. The decor is fun and tropical, and everything was immaculate. Top-of-the-line appliances were in the kitchen and laundry areas. Cookware and cupboards were spotless. The pool is just like the condo - ultra-clean and fantastic. We used the grill twice - it is adjacent to the pool area. There is ample parking, unlike a condo area down the street. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and Christiansted. We plan to return. I recommended the condo for people with disabilities but it is NOT wheelchair-accessible. The master shower has a removable showerhead/hose and area to sit, which worked well for my daughter."

  • Awesome trip!

"I came down for a 7 day business trip and managed to pack in some great things at Reef Residence while I wasn't working. I ran every morning on the sidewalk from the Resort to Leeward highway and it was a great 45 min work out. I swam in the ocean every night and was able to unwind while bobbing in the beautifully crystal clear water. The sand was so clean and powdery white- I have never seen anything so amazing. I worked in my condo some days and it was quiet, bright and well appointed. The kitchen had all necessary smallwares and coffee, tea, sugar and salt and pepper. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer. Towels are readily available for the beach! There is rum punch too if you stay 7 nights. The IGA grocery store had everything I needed including fresh produce and wine and beer also. The staff at the resort were so helpful and gracious, and provided information on local dinner specials as well as optional excursions. I went to the Conch shack which is a great tasty experience and loaded up on cracked conch while my toes were in the sand. The somewhere cafe was a hop, skip and jump away and offers an incredible beach and ocean view (good mojitos too). I have to say one of the BEST massages i have ever had with Lisa at the Reef Residence spa, she was so wonderful I nearly fell asleep. I highly recommend this to anyone. I'll be back"

  • Awesome! Perfect kozy kottage for Bimini!

"My wife and I just finished up a two-week stay at the Kottage. It was our first time to Bimini and we weren't sure what to expect, whether we'd be happier in a hotel, etc. But we took the plunge and gave the Kottage a try, and we are SO glad we did! The Kottage is in a perfect spot on Bimini, down in a nice part of town and away from all the stuffiness at Resort World at the other end. We spent many days just hanging around at the beach right outside the Kottage, which was maybe a 30 second walk from our front door. Bimini Big Game Club (an older, more laid-back resort of sorts) is right down the street for dining and activities. CJ 's Deli is even closer and had very reasonable (for Bimini) prices on breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an amazing beachside view. The Kottage itself is perfect for a couple, it had plenty of room and we were thankful to have the kitchenette, which we used daily. Everything we could have wanted to have handy (pots, pans, beach chairs, etc) were thoughtfully provided. We rented the bikes for our entire stay and would recommend this mode of transport on the island, it was fun to cruise the streets on our bikes and take it slow. All in all, zero complaints, the Kottage exceeded our expectations in several areas. Matt and Katt were both gracious hosts as well. Don't forget to try some Bimini Bread while you're there! We would definitely recommend the Kottage! -- Steve and Lori from Colorado"
