  • Beautiful location

"Our annual visit to Rincon is always a great trip. Love staying at the Casa Mac house each time. The location is perfect. You can't beat sitting in the garden watching the pelicans diving close by while reading or just gazing out at the beautiful ocean a few feet away. The apartment is always clean and has been updated with some new appliances since our last visit. The beach is nice to walk along in either direction. Swimming is fine and sometimes you can snorkel if the conditions are good. A few minutes drive away takes you to town, which has grown over the years. Plenty of little shops and cafes to check out there. Surfing is always fun to watch, which is only a 10 minute drive from the house. There are places to get snacks or inexpensive meals right by the surfing areas. Another fun place to visit for food and drinks is the Villa Cofresi, a 5 minute walk from the house along the beach. They have an indoor restaurant and an outside bar where you can eat and drink and be just a few feet from the ocean. We recommend spending at least a week here so that you can relax, explore and repeat!"

  • Even better than the photos!

"We had a fantastic time in Vega Baja. The complex is great; the pool and facilities are gorgeous and the staff was extremely nice. Janet made it easy to get into the apartment and sent us detailed instructions so we knew just how to get around! We really liked the local feel of the whole neighborhood and had a blast at the balneario and the kioskos nearby. The only downside for us was that there's only one electronic key that guests can use to get onto the private beach, into the pools/facilities, and into the complex itself. This meant that we couldn't split up the group, which was frustrating at times. But overall, a pretty minor inconvenience. We really had a great time at this lovely property and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and less touristy Puerto Rican vacation!"

  • Beautiful spot nestled on edge of rainforest

"Casita Yunquita is a unique getaway, in a tropical paradise. Conveniently located near shopping and eateries, one can lounge on the balconies and observe amazing bird life. Just 20 minutes away there is hiking in the El Yunque national rain forest, or swimming in the turquoise waters at Luquillo beach. The casita is clean, comfortable and has all the basic necessities. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. You will need a car which you can rent at the airport. We took a day trip to Old San Juan- a must. We enjoyed El Verde BBQ a roadside eatery minutes from the casita and Lluvia, a breakfast/lunch cafe on the road to El Yunque. We recommend this property highly."

  • Great stay!

"Everything about this rental was awesome. Beautiful views, perfect location, and Al is very sweet and accommodating. She went above and beyond giving us helpful info about the area, and the apartment was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. I would stay there again!"
