  • Stunning View!

"The description for this condo is accurate, nothing fancy but very convenient. This place has the most stunning view in the northeast cost. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, you can see the Wyndham resort, Rio Mar, Luquillo Beach and even the Lighthouse in Fajardo. During the night you can enjoy watching the cruises going and coming from other Caribbean Islands. It is close to El Yunque Rainforest, Luquillo Beach, Luquillo Kiosks, Old San Juan, Fajardo and the ferry boats to Culebra and Vieques and not too far from Route 66 (toll road). You can pretty much reach anything within 20-30 drive. Few days before my arrival I received an email from Mark with all the instructions and recommendations for places to go and eat. Couple days before our arrival Juan Carlos called and introduced himself and planned the meet up for getting the keys. Juan Carlos was always on time, to drop and pick the keys. The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and the TV programming and high speed internet compliment the stay. This is the place to stay and I'll return next time I'll come back to Puerto Rico."

  • Cozy and Welcoming

"We rented this property hoping to find a cozy place to chill after traveling throughout Puerto Rico for the week. The property was more than that. It has makes guests feel at home yet also feel like they are on vacation. The views from the front of the property are amazing and having the ability to open the old slatted doors for a nice breeze made it heaven. Bernardo was a great host. He stopped by to give us a few pointers about the neighborhood and the island which we truly appreciated. Just a couple of things you may want to know. Parking is scarce so if you are just staying in old San Juan, it's an easy walking town and you don't need a car. Get a cab to the property instead of getting a car. Make sure you have good walking shoes because the property is at the top of the hill and everything else is down hill and most of the streets are cobblestone. Because parking is so scarce, if you have a car, leave it where you park it and walk town otherwise you may have to park farther away to find a parking spot . If you want groceries, stop BEFORE you get to the property. There is a store down in Viejo San Juan but as I stated before, if you have a car and insist on taking it downtown, you'll have to find a parking spot. If you walk it, its all uphill with the groceries and you won't be able to stop at the wonderful shops along the way so, get your coffee and such prior to getting to the property to save a lot of hassles."
