"The first thing that I would like to share about my stay is the responsiveness of the owner - Judy Buck.
When I first started searching for properties in Puerto Rico, I sent many inquiries to different properties. Half of the other hosts and managers never responded, most took more that a week to answer.
Judy sent me an e-mail within an hour of my inquiry and then gave me an excellent explanation of the amenities over the phone.
During our stay, we encountered a small problem. I called Judy and the issue was resolved immediately. This did not cause us any inconvenience.
The condo was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed. It even has herbs and spices in the kitchen. Overall, it is better and bigger than the description or photos would suggest. It has two bedrooms, two baths, and two living rooms, all of them very large. The lanai is the greatest feature of the condo. For me, having an outdoor space where you can see and hear the ocean was one of the best parts of my stay. It is at the corner of the building and probably has one of the best views among the other units in the ESJ building.
Another very convenient feature is the reserved parking spot, which is on the lobby level. This is great especially if you have to carry groceries, beach umbrellas and beach chairs.
The ESJ building is in a fairly good location in Isla Verde. It is very close to a large grocery store (5 min walk), many restaurants and other shops. It has easy access to the highway. We traveled a lot around the island and getting in and out of Isla Verde from the ESJ location was very easy.
Overall, we had great time in Puerto Rico. This was one of our best vacations to a great extend due to the hospitality of our host. I would definitely recommend this location."
