  • Awesome location, house, great people!

"I visited the Isabela/ Aguadilla area with my wife and 3 boys. We couldn't be any happier with our experience staying at Frank's place! The location was perfect, close to many great beaches. shacks, jobos, crash boat and many others within minutes drive from the house. Shacks was only a 5-10 minute walk. Absolutely great snorkeling at shacks. Frank was great with us, very helpful explaining my boy how to surf, he rented us a surf board. My boy had the time of his life surfing at Jobos. The house was spacious, clean and very accommodating for us 5. Wouldn't change a thing. Including the friendly pet dogs and horses! We miss Luke woof woof! We look forward to stay here again! We can not wait! Thanks Frank and Kelda were very responsive with returning emails and phone calls whenever we needed them! We definitely recommend this place!"

  • Excellent place to stay

"My husband and I recently stayed at this rental for the second time. The last time was 2 years ago. Both times we found this lovely apartment to be comfortable, clean, convenient, and safe. It's quiet and secure. This place has everything you need to feel at home. The balcony is a great place to have your morning coffee. It's a quick walk to the beach and also to the little downtown area where there is an Art Fair on the plaza on Thursday evenings, and a Farmers Market on Sunday mornings. It's a short drive to anything else in Rincon. Ismael is efficient and professional, and makes himself available for any needs. We would not hesitate to recommend this fine property."

  • La Isla de Mi Corazon!!!!

"My son and I (age 25) have been wanting to go back to the land of both of our Fathers for years. I saved and saved and finally the time had come. Prior to booking at the ESJ Towers I had booked another place that somehow never received my deposit. Yay for Me!!!! Isla Verde is the place to be for a visit to PR. Positive: *Centrally located *Great food within a short distance from location *Amazing beaches *Great price *Clean, secure, and for the most part quiet *Having a kitchen allowed for reheating of food *The resort next door has great live music, gambling & sports bar Negatives: *I DIDNT WANT TO GO HOME (I literally cried when I left)...... Recommendations: *If you have a collapsable thermos (or buy a styrofoam one at the store) bring it. It makes it easier to bring stuff to drink while on the beach. There is only one vendor that sells coconut water, soda and bottled water with some light food. No alcohol sold on the beach unless you walk further down to the bar and I think for a mixed fufu drink my son paid $9 per drink - Ouch! *If you are going to rent a car go less than a block away (to your left of the towers) to Quality. They had a special for $19.99 per day unlimited for a nice Toyota. *BEFORE you go to the beach, stop by the gym and make arrangements for a beach chair rental. I believe they are $2 per use versus $4 on the beach. *Food - sooooo many places to choose from BUT the one place that we went to ALL the time was Mi Casita (it is located in the little strip mall next to the 24/7 store/Burger King (?). Our favorite meals were El Navidad (Christmas) favorites of pernil (pork), pasteles, arroz con gandules - reminded me of my childhood. The Paella was pretty good and the mofongo was awesome!!!! *Go to 24/7 store for goodies (we bought a case of water, rum, coke, juice, and snacks) - they also have a really good restaurant there and wine on tap *Take the bus (and bring some patience). The bus is .75 BUT it is on Caribbean time - supposed to be every 35 minutes but not a set schedule so you could be waiting for an hour. - And bring change - bus drivers won't make it for you. *Be adventurous. If you get a chance for some beach fried good PR food - go to Pinones. I was craving bacalaitos and all the locals said go there. *If you are going next door to dance, bring something to wear. *And, finally when in Old San Juan, across from El Convento try El Batey - dive bar."

  • Excellent small apartment

"At first I was hesitant above the apartment and unsure of the parking. After getting there, I was more at ease with it. Granted the parking next to the building was not attended like it was at the beginning of my stay, I had no real trouble. As for the apartment itself, I couldn't have been more impressed with how clean and convenient Ray makes it. There was a little bit of a process for checking in but the instructions were to the tee. I had no trouble whatsoever. Ray provides everything that is needed and the apartment is perfect for a couple. This apartment is in a great location and was easier access than I first thought it would be as well. Everything was within walking distance. Excellent apartment Ray! I would definitely recommend this apartment to any couple or individual needing to stay in San Juan. Thank you Ray."
