  • Perfect location w/ perfect view

"Just got back from a 4 night stay in this great 1 bdr condo. From the minute you walk in the door you are overtaken by the full beach / ocean view as well as the openness and cleanliness of the condo. I have stayed in this area many times and have always been very happy with the location. Sonia went above and beyond . From our initial contact to my check out - Sonia was always attentive and readily available. Within 24 hours of my arrival she sent me a text to make sure everything was to my liking - which it was! The building is very nice , clean , modern and SAFE. Sonia has managed to think of everything one might need for their stay from cork screws to beach towels and even a small cooler - it's all there and clean . With the Walgreens directly across the street and the beach immediately in front of you , this is the perfect location. It takes less than 5 min to walk to anything you might want to do. There are local bars on the beach, casinos, steak and sushi restaurants , Starbucks and even Burger King and Pizza Hut if u r so inclined . Less than $20 cab ride from airport - we didn't feel the need for a car. On the beach there are chairs and umbrellas for rent - very economical and the vendors are very helpful . I would highly recommend this location and Sonia and her condo get 5 stars from me ."

  • Tropical Ocean Breezes, Beautiful Balconey Sunsets, Great Location!

"We 4 stayed here for 8 nights and found this place to be wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. We were able to leave the sliding doors and windows open when we were there and allow the tropical ocean breeze to flow through the place without ever really needing to use the A/C (but did run a floor fan that was provided at night). Despite no screens we never saw a mosquito or a no see um, and that was an unexpected but pleasant surprise! The owners were great, picking us up at the airport, giving us a short tutorial about the place, and then leaving us to play. We did stay in Rincon one night (Casa Islena - also recommended) because it is a 2.5 hour and somewhat tedious drive over to the west end of the island. It was nice to have the clothes dryer because otherwise things dry slowly with the humidity. Plumbing was all high quality and worked well. The king size bed was more comfortable than our bed at home! Go for it!"

  • Nice house

"Had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and well-equipped. Had time to visit some clubs and restos in San Juan. Will definitely come back. Case De Loma was the perfect spot for our trip!"

  • Perfect introduction to Puerto Rico

"Our group of 8 stayed here on our first visit to Puerto Rico and it was the best introduction we could possibly have hoped for. Matt was very responsive in setting us up, and Diana was great with check-in, check-out and any needs during the week. The house is really great and is probably better in person than in photos. It is not lavishly decorated, but really comfortable and we never felt crowded. The really expansive yard, pool, gazebo and views really make this place utterly outstanding. It was difficult for us to get started on our day trips until about noon each day because the setting was so great that we just hung out at the house. We really enjoyed the local scene at Crashboat Beach on a crowded Sunday afternoon, and also enjoyed Jobos beach in Isabella (look for the Postillos stand on 4466 on the way), both very close. Rincon was also great for surf lessons (Puntas Surf School). It was easy to travel on our longer day trips to La Playeula (wow!) and Batey Zipline Adventure, both well worth it. We really enjoyed being off the beaten path of everything, yet having our own slice of paradise. It was a great balance of local flavor mixed with tourist oriented activities. There is really so much to do that we missed Wilderness and Shacks Beach, horseback riding, waterfalls, among many other things. Don't miss the beach down below the house, it is a hidden gem for early or late walks. This is a great place, complete with iguanas that hang out in the trees below that you can check on every day. We are already looking into our next trip!"
