  • Great Vacation!

"Several years ago, we stayed at Palmas de Mar in another villa. At that time, we were busy exploring the sights of Puerto Rico that we did not get to enjoy everything that Palmas had. This time, we took the time to enjoy the facilities, and we were not disappointed. The villa was clean and was well represented in the description. We were very comfortable. Dr. Rodriquez was very responsive to our questions and needs. At Palmas, you can do as much or nothing at all other than lay in the pool or the beach. The beach is just a short walk and very secure. The pool is right next to the villa. There are tennis courts, biking and running trails. You just have to be careful of these trails since it has to be shared with the golf carts. I found myself running in the morning to avoid them. There is a stable within Palmas that my daughter truly enjoyed. As far as food, there are several restaurants within Palmas and we also enjoyed some of the restaurants outside. They were all delightful. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone."

  • Nice 3 story villa with a short walk to the beach!

"My husband and i stayed here with our 19yo son on his spring break. The villa is very clean and updated. The owner and management staff are very responsive and pleasant. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with king beds with memory foam toppers - very comfortable. There is a loft with bunk beds. 3 Full bathrooms made it so there was no line for the shower after a day at the beach or pool. The villa is equipped with several amenities including hairdryer, umbrella, coffee maker and blender for frozen drinks! The zoned A/C units were very efficient and worked well. Washer and dryer in unit was very convenient - did not have to pack as much. It was very relaxing to sit on one of the 2 decks and enjoy the sunset while reading a book. The complex is very large and it was fun renting a golf cart and ride around looking at the golf course, beaches and million dollar homes. There is also a forest with a raised walkway to explore. There are multiple great restaurants that are within walking distance if taking the path by the beach. We had a great time and would definitely return... hated to leave."

  • peaceful stay

"Our family had to travel to PR/Humacao area for a funeral. I love the fact that we were able to accommodate 5 adults and a 3.5year old comfortable. The weather was beautiful, facilities close to beach, pool and children's playground. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was dated and lacked some basic things but Walmart was just a short trip away. The front balcony was perfect to do yoga or just drink a nice cup of coffee. Would love to come back for a proper vacation stay! I would highly recommend this place."

  • loved it

"After a particularly stressful start to 2017, this condo was just what the doctor ordered! It was peaceful, very clean, and exactly as pictured. The bedrooms were very large and quiet, the beds comfortable. The master bath had a great bathtub for lounging in. The grounds were well kept and it was just a short walk to pools and the huge hot tub. The weather was not ideal, so my cousin and i were very glad to have a place to keep us occupied when rain prevented us from beaching it- a TV in each bedroom was enough to do the trick. The condo is located on the end unit closest to the ocean, so we had great views and a lot of privacy. The Marbella complex is convenient to a lot of great dining as well. We tried the C-bar and several others on the plaza, and the Pescadaria and the Chez Daniel Tapas bar by the marina. both were excellent and all within the gated complex! We also drove into Fajardo and found a little hole-in-the wall Panderia called El Timon, which had amazing sandwiches--not much for atmosphere but the food was awesome. For first time guests--allow yourself time to check your bags through the agriculture checkpoint at the airport before going to the bag drop! I would HIGHLY recommend this place, and i sure hop to go back very soon."
