  • Beautiful home away from home

"The photos do not do this home justice. It's a beautiful spacious home located at the end of a quiet street which backs to the ocean. Unfortunately, the ocean which is close by is not a place you would go to spend the day or swim, it's just a gorgeous view for some great photos. I loved how the location was out of the resort area and so we got to really expiernce the culture and steer clear from the "tourism." The house was very clean, featured anything you would need to cook or make Drinks and was very welcoming, Overall, I had a great experience and would most defiantly go back and rent a home at this location."

  • Quiet Family Fun

"We recently had an extended family vacation with a group of 12. The house was a nice fit -- with a small pool that the kids loved, a comfortable house in a quiet family-oriented community that was a convenient jumping off point for a variety of east coast highlights. The nearby Humacao Nature Reserve is nice for kayaking and biking."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were 11 of us including 4 teens. The house was very close to the beach so we had nice breezes outside the home. The outside table on the back yard was a nice place to eat breakfast each morning. The pool was the favorite spot for our youngest daughter and my teenagers loved having their own space and the WiFi. The house was a short walk to the beach and we were able to walk down to see the sunrise each morning and walked to the nature reserve or just enjoyed watching the crab we saw one morning. We were favorably impressed and everyone had a great vacation! It was convenient to El Yunkee and Fajardo. We felt safe in the gated community. We did visit the Palmas Del Mar resort for a meal and were happy to stay in this house rather than in the resort. We felt like we were living more like locals even though I am sure that many of the homes in the neighborhood are vacation homes. We did not fully appreciate this house until we went to our second rental property in San Juan. San Juan was very difficult to drive around so we ended up leaving our car parked and taking cabs everywhere. Thank you Norma!!!! Me and my family will not hesitate to rent this house again whenever we visit PR."

  • Our own piece of paradise, if only for a week!

"We met Scott at the villa and the tour set the stage for the week. The villa is very welcoming, bright, airy, and has the best views of the beach. We came for my husbands' 50th birthday, but we guarantee we will be happy to make up any reason to come back. We traveled with 7 adults and were very comfortable. The beach is almost always empty so, even though there are no private beaches in Puerto Rico, it felt like we had one most of the time. The hospitality shown to us was very appreciated. Scott was also available and willing to answer any and all of my questions. He even offered suggestions of things not to be missed! I don't think any of us are ready to leave, but we are ready to come back to our perfect little piece of paradise! Thanks again Scott!"
