  • Amazing Place!

"My sister and I stayed at Tim's place over Spring Break- it has everything described in the profile and then some. Most importantly the location is amazing. The beach is so private, and we literally walked just about 50 steps to the beach. I lived in PR years ago, and since then it has become so developed with condos. Rincon was my favorite private beach, but it is now overrun with vacationers. Playa Del Mar is close enough to Rincon (5 mins) to enjoy the nightlife, but in a gated community with few residents to enjoy a pristine and serene beach vacation. Tim and Margaret have stocked the condo with everything you could need for your first night (coffee, filters, sugar and some cocktails) . This was quite welcomed as my sister who rented the car missed her flight and I was solo for a day on my own without a car. They have provided top of the line amenities- great beach chairs, coolers, and quality beach towels for the stay. Time responded to us so quickly for any question we had (and we had several) . He is so gracious and did everything he could to ensure a great stay. I will note- you do need a car rental to stay here. We cannot wait to return!"

  • Great place to stay in Rincon

"My partner and I stayed here over New Years weekend. We really enjoyed the peaceful and quiet location of the house in the hills above the town of Rincon. It is an easy drive of 10 min to get to the plaza of Rincon. The screened in porch with a hammock is a great place to relax after a day of exploring the beaches in the area. There is ac but we didn't end up using it as there is a very effective ceiling fan system in the house and on the porch. The bed is very comfortable and the house was set up nicely. The owners and manager were both easy to get a hold of and made setting up the rental very easy and stress free. We only cooked breakfast at the house and ending up eating all our other meals out. I didn't think the kitchen pots/pans and knives and utenstils were in the same caliber as the rest of house amenities. Perhaps that is because most people eat out. So the only thing I could think that could be greatly improved upon is in that area. It didn't affect our visit as we enjoyed eating out. The fridge, appliances and grill are very nice and new."

  • Look no further and book this home!

"This house is amazing! It had everything we needed, all we had to do was bring our clothes. While not directly on the beach, the view of the ocean from the yard/pool deck was fantastic. You could walk to a couple of beaches nearby, or a short drive (minutes) to several others. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature, my son was in that pool every morning and every evening. The house was clean and perfect. The terrace area, where we spent most of our time while at the home, is clean and the perfect temperature with the gentle island breezes sweeping across each day. I was amazed that there were NO bugs the entire time we stayed here in March. I didn't see a single mosquito, fly, or anything else. The hammock on the terrace was a favorite spot for both of my sons to relax. Aleida called us the day after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and to offer help in any way while navigating around the island for things to do. Even before our arrival, Aleida assisted me with the booking and made sure to communicate with me prior to our arrival to ensure she answered any questions we may have had. The property the house is on is beautiful and you can tell that Aleida and Jack really take pride in this place and want to make sure their guests feel comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone, and Rincon itself was the perfect place to call home base during our stay. I would also highly recommend Puntas bakery, which is walking distance from the house, and make the short drive to Villa Cofresi and have lunch on the beach. The chicken burrito there is the best you’ll ever have. For activities in Rincon, Flying Fish Parasail was an absolute blast and is located just a few minutes away from the house. Pinto’s R Us horse riding on the beach was amazing too. Make the 1+ hour drive to Rio Camuy and tour the cave, well worth it. For souvenirs, go to Pepon Souvenirs in Rincon, best selection, prices, and staff was very helpful. We were on the go the first 5 days of the trip to explore other parts of the island and do activities, but the last two days of our stay we decided to just hang out at the house and relax because it was so nice there. The kids are already asking when we can go back to Bello Horizonte."

  • 4.5 Stars! Awesome place to stay, Home well stocked

"Second trip to Rincon. Easy access to town and all that there is to enjoy! Pool very enjoyable and quiet. Great beach, the walk I think a little further then 150 feet. We would definitely stay here again. Joel very receptive to our needs."
