  • Perfect Spot for Relaxing

"The inviting photo of rocking chairs on the condo balcony persuaded us to choose this particular unit in Rincon -- and we never regretted our decision for a minute! As others have remarked, its location is perfect: across the street from the lovely public beach with gentle waves and unparalleled sunsets, within walking distance of excellent restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops in the downtown area, with easy driving to the beautiful but more intimidating "surfer" beaches and also not far from the grocery store and farmers' markets. We could swim every morning at the public beach and then often explored by car in the afternoons -- to other beaches, to the nearby small city of Mayaguez, to the mountains to the east. The condo unit was clean, comfortable, a great place to come home to after active days in the sun. It was a very good fit for us. We loved having a washer and dryer right there in the unit (great for drying beach towels) and the eat-in kitchen and the comfortable sofas and -- of course - the rocking chairs! We particularly enjoyed spending time on that west-facing balcony, overlooking the street and the park beyond, watching the schoolchildren and fishermen and joggers in the morning, the cars and bicycles in the afternoon -- and on Saturday night watching the horseback riders go past and listening to music and singing from the park. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact when we had a question or an issue. We three "older" folks had some initial problems working the television set and he was more than patient with us! And when the swimming pool equipment was making an ominous noise, he contacted a person onsite immediately and the problem was solved. We would definitely like to come back and stay here again -- it was the perfect place to escape winter!"

  • Perfect location!!

"My best friend was coming to visit me here in PR from England and since it was her first time in PR I wanted to take her to the most beautiful part of the island, Rincon. I was looking for something different than a hotel and this house was perfect! It is beautiful and away from all the crowds and noise but still close enough to everything that within 10 minutes we could be at any of the main beaches or the town center. The house was lovely! Very clean and the view from the balcony is spectacular. Really loved it. The landlord was a delight and everything was very smooth. I am hoping to go back every time I have a visitor while I'm living in PR which is fairly often. Absolutely loved the stay. The only thing I could say is a couple of the evenings were a bit too warm so next time I might bring a back up fan. When the wind is blowing nothing is needed though. Would recommend this location to everyone!!"

  • A Dream Vacation Home

"From the time we arrived at Casa Palma Azul to the time we departed, we had a great family vacation. Casa Palma Azul lived up to its name as the most luxurious home in Rincon. It was truly spacious and everyone had his or her own space when they needed some quiet time. I did not want my son, Chef Mo, from Norfolk, VA to prepare meals but the gourmet kitchen was equipped with EVERYTHING! SO needless to say, all of the breakfasts each morning were prepared and served outside on the 2nd floor veranda dining table. The fresh mangos that were picked from the neighbor's yard across the street were unlike any we tasted back on the mainland. Super fresh!!! We only had 3 dinners at Casa Palma Azul but easily could have had all the meals there, except, I insisted that we go out to the local restaurants to enjoy the surroundings. The activities were great: my family went deep-sea fiving, snorkeling, sunset cruise, golfing, cliff driving in San Sebastian and a one day trip to visit Old San Juan. We dis as much as we could in 7 days. We really needed another 3-4 days to round out our trip but, nonetheless, it was good. The pool area was gorgeous and the grounds were immaculately manicured. Mr. and Mrs. Brown, you must truly be delighted with your home as we were thoroughly thankful that you opened it up for rental and my family said it was a vacation they will always remember. My son from Houston wants to start looking at next year. Although we lost power 4 days in a row, due to storms, we never once was inconvenient as your generator(s) kicked in almost immediately. We want to thank Allison for all of her help prior to our arrival and sorry we did not get a chance to meet her. However, Annette stepped in and she was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I think I made a friend for life with her. She was truly an asset and helped direct us in getting around in Puerto Rico. We treated your home as though it was ours and made sure everything was left in a satisfactory condition. Rose Mary Mitchell, Gene Sebron and Family Greenbelt, MD"

  • Casa de los Tres Soles

"Our family of three spent almost a week at Casa de los Tres Soles and had a wonderful time. We stayed in the downstairs apartment which was more than accommodating. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon after mornings of surfing. It's location suited us perfectly being near many good surfing beaches and a short drive to the downtown area. Rob the onsite property manager was very helpful and was there if we needed anything. We look forward to going back and staying again."
