Recent Puerto Rico reviews

  • Clean, comfortable, and convenient

"Everything in the condo was exactly as pictured -- it is spacious, clean, and inviting. There is also a lovely large balcony overlooking the marina. Mohamad was responsive, polite, and easy to correspond with. He also supplied excellent coffee! Lots of spare beach towels, which was helpful. Seven Seas beach is lovely and only a 6 min drive. Contrary to a review I read somewhere, you can walk out of this condo complex, though there isn't much within walking distance except a couple of bars and the marina. Altogether a great stay and very happy with the condo! Convenient for bio kayak tours and snorkeling trips to nearby islands."

  • Perfect introduction to Puerto Rico

"Our group of 8 stayed here on our first visit to Puerto Rico and it was the best introduction we could possibly have hoped for. Matt was very responsive in setting us up, and Diana was great with check-in, check-out and any needs during the week. The house is really great and is probably better in person than in photos. It is not lavishly decorated, but really comfortable and we never felt crowded. The really expansive yard, pool, gazebo and views really make this place utterly outstanding. It was difficult for us to get started on our day trips until about noon each day because the setting was so great that we just hung out at the house. We really enjoyed the local scene at Crashboat Beach on a crowded Sunday afternoon, and also enjoyed Jobos beach in Isabella (look for the Postillos stand on 4466 on the way), both very close. Rincon was also great for surf lessons (Puntas Surf School). It was easy to travel on our longer day trips to La Playeula (wow!) and Batey Zipline Adventure, both well worth it. We really enjoyed being off the beaten path of everything, yet having our own slice of paradise. It was a great balance of local flavor mixed with tourist oriented activities. There is really so much to do that we missed Wilderness and Shacks Beach, horseback riding, waterfalls, among many other things. Don't miss the beach down below the house, it is a hidden gem for early or late walks. This is a great place, complete with iguanas that hang out in the trees below that you can check on every day. We are already looking into our next trip!"

  • Great villa, great location...

"The villa was cozy and just what we needed as our home away from home for our vacation."
