  • Great condo!

"I made an extremely last minute reservation and David thankfully responded to me within a few hours and the reservation was completed without issue. He provided the address as well as the contact information for the person from whom I was to receive the keys, Amaury. There was a bit of confusion with the pickup as David told me to meet Amaury at a local Walgreens and this was confirmed with Amaury; however, upon arrival Amaury stated he wasn't there and told us to come to the Condo instead. Similarly, with the key turn-in, a pre-set time was confirmed with Amaury, due to a 2.5 hour drive back to the metro area, yet he arrived about 40 minutes late. Upon arrival and settling in, the condo was well stocked, great DVD selection, awesome pool, and in close proximity to Combate beach. Boqueron and Playa Sucia aren't far either. As discussed with David after the rental, there is a big ant problem in the home so my friend and I spent a great deal of time clorox wiping everywhere, even with no food around, to get rid of them. We weren't successful but David assured that for the next guest this won't be a problem. Also, the security deposit was returned quickly. David is a professional and I would recommend this condo if you want a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Just know that in dealing with Amaury your plans may not go exactly according to plan if you're in a time crunch."

  • Can't beat this location

"My family went to Puerto Rico for the first time and rented in the ESJ Towers building. The location was everything we expected as no car is needed, the building is beach front, and everything is in walking distance. The condo that was rented had everything we needed and was comfortable. The building staff was also nice."

  • Perfect introduction to Puerto Rico

"Our group of 8 stayed here on our first visit to Puerto Rico and it was the best introduction we could possibly have hoped for. Matt was very responsive in setting us up, and Diana was great with check-in, check-out and any needs during the week. The house is really great and is probably better in person than in photos. It is not lavishly decorated, but really comfortable and we never felt crowded. The really expansive yard, pool, gazebo and views really make this place utterly outstanding. It was difficult for us to get started on our day trips until about noon each day because the setting was so great that we just hung out at the house. We really enjoyed the local scene at Crashboat Beach on a crowded Sunday afternoon, and also enjoyed Jobos beach in Isabella (look for the Postillos stand on 4466 on the way), both very close. Rincon was also great for surf lessons (Puntas Surf School). It was easy to travel on our longer day trips to La Playeula (wow!) and Batey Zipline Adventure, both well worth it. We really enjoyed being off the beaten path of everything, yet having our own slice of paradise. It was a great balance of local flavor mixed with tourist oriented activities. There is really so much to do that we missed Wilderness and Shacks Beach, horseback riding, waterfalls, among many other things. Don't miss the beach down below the house, it is a hidden gem for early or late walks. This is a great place, complete with iguanas that hang out in the trees below that you can check on every day. We are already looking into our next trip!"

  • Gorgeous Villa! Breathtaking Views! Amazing Resort & Beach!

"What an absolutely amazing villa and resort! Beach is just a short golf cart ride away. Resort has many tasty restaurants, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and gorgeous golf courses that we loved playing. We rented the 2 stories for our family of 5 and it was perfect! Husband and I stayed in the luxury couples suite upstairs which is a MUST to have our own space away from the kiddos. Has 3 bedrooms, 3 king size Very Comfy beds, 2 bath, & nice linens supplied. Villa is air conditioned & ceiling fans which was so nice after being outside all day or wanting to take a nap in afternoon. Villa was immaculate and stocked with anything and everything a family would need - beach chairs, beach towels/umbrellas and toys, sunscreen galore, boogie boards, goggles, beach bags, you name it! The owners were very thoughtful in providing all you would need for concenience and a great vacation. Annnnnd it has WIFI! For those who are workaholics or can't unplug, it also has a laptop and printer. Resort grounds come with a variety of animals, you can feed turtles, fish and birds from villa's back yard and iguanas are everywhere. The pictures online don't do it justice - the grounds are lush and so vivid in color. Resort is low key and not busy at all during the week, we had the beach to ourselves! No waiting at the restaurants for food. The owners made excellent recommendations that we followed and never had a bad meal there. Weekends are a little busier and watch out for kids driving golf carts carelessly. Other than that and occasional power outages in Puerto Rico (happened at airport too), have nothing bad to say about this resort. We loved it! Owners were very accommodating inasmuch as we got in a day later than reserved and they graciously agreed to extend our stay by another day on the back end. They also let us use their golf cart to maneuver thru the resort. They always answered questions promptly and were exceptionally accommodating. You will feel very safe there with the security gates. I will definitely miss drinking morning coffee on the rooftop terrace or one of our many furnished balconies! Wyndham is next door and has a casino! Palmanova Plaza had DELICIOUS restaurants! We ventured into Old San Juan, went zip lining in El Yunque Rainforest and went jet skiing out to Monkey Island and snorkeled with sting rays! Amazing trip. Loved it! You will too! Villa will seem like home. We highly recommend this villa and resort."
