  • we stayed here two weeks and really liked the apartment

"We had a good stay here. Luis was downstairs and very helpful .The beds were very comfortable and he gave us fresh sheets and towels . We felt safe there at Ocean Park. The air conditioners worked well. The outside deck was so awesome! Nice table and chairs and even a hammock ! We would definitely stay here again. Nice and quiet! Had a great time!"

  • Perfect Views, Perfect Location

"From the first moment when we stepped inside the unit and saw the incredible view from the balcony, we loved staying at this condo. It was a perfect place for three ladies of a certain age to hang out, relax, read, plan expeditions, enjoy the pleasures of Ocean Park. And best of all, whatever we chose to do, we could start our day with coffee at the balcony table and end it with wine and conversation at the same table. Needless to say, all three of us have hundreds of sunrise and sunset photos featuring that priceless view of the beach and the city buildings beyond. The condo building itself was great: very clean and well kept and the grounds were lovely. People were friendly and we had many good conversations with the residents. The swimming pool was large and nice (if a bit cold in January), but our favorite spot was the beach in back of the building, where we could bring our chairs (provided in the unit) and read and dream and occasionally walk down the beach and dip our toes in the ocean. Wonderful! We chose not to rent a car, but used Uber (cheap and reliable) when we needed to go somewhere beyond walking distance. All three of us had spent time in San Juan before, so we didn't need to sightsee a lot - but of course, we had to go to favorite restaurants like Kasalta and Bagua and Agarrate Catalina (all needing a car to get to). Right in the neighborhood there were also great places to eat that we could walk to: Che's and Inka Chicken and El Conde Pizza and the extra-special brunch spot, Bistro Cafe. The condo is nicely decorated: full of light colors and well appointed. The kitchen is small but has everything we needed, including a washer and dryer that we used often. The smaller bedroom has two comfortable beds, but one of them is a low trundle, which would be fine for a child, but was a little challenging for a 70-something. I can't say enough about how helpful Ana was! When we needed anything at all, she was quick to respond. And she and I had a very pleasant correspondence after I'd made the reservation and before we arrived -- she always got back to me very quickly. I'd rent from her again in a minute!"

  • Great place. Clean.

"Great place. Like living in a little neighborhood. Hosts were always available via text to ask questions. Mostly just came back at night to sleep, then shower in am and head out. Super comfy."
