  • Absolutely gorgeous location!

"Recently stayed here for 10 days. There were 4 adults in our group. Loved the layout of the villa. Multiple levels meant privacy for everyone. Beds were comfortable. The view is exactly as pictured. Kitchen fairly well-stocked. Could use a few large serving bowls, some leftover containers and a cookie sheet. A crockpot would be a nice bonus to cook meals while out on the beach or around the pool. Golf cart rental is a must if you do not have car. We rented a car for the last 4 days in order to explore the rain forest, Ponce and Arecibo Observatory. Palmas Del Mar is so beautiful and quiet. Great meals at numerous restaurants on the resort. Everyone was so friendly. Great vacation!"

  • Beautiful just as described

"This is a beautiful villa. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs. It was nice because we brought my mom and dad who are elderly and our 2 boys so we were able to have a separate place upstairs to chill at night. Owners were very nice and helpful. Location was great. Wish we could have had a view of the ocean but it wasn't far to get to the beach. Hope to come back again. Thank you."

  • Beautiful!

"We had a fantastic time on our vacation! We had 13 people in our group staying at the house, 5 of them being between 3 to 9 years old. There was plenty of space. All of the kids slept in the bunk room which worked out great. The outside living areas of the house are absolutely beautiful and really made this property special. The kids had so much fun playing in the "tree house". It is a short walk to a nice sandy beach on which we never saw any other people. We were able to walk down to Jobos beach on which there were many restaurants. Alex, the owner, really went above and beyond. He helped arrange surfing lessons for us, made good restaurant recommendations, set up and coordinated a catered dinner for us one night, and even lead us on a hike to survival beach. I would definitely recommend this property to others!"

  • Great Winter Escape

"We had a great time in Maunabo. Let me start my condo description first. View of the condo/yard was to die for (Caribbean see, mountains and blue sky) , we enjoyed it every morning drinking cup of coffee. Condo is well equipped. We were able to do most of cooking ourselves. Washer and dryer were greatly appreciated (our 3 boys never stay clean). As for the beach, it was wonderful as well. It only takes 5-10min walk to get to soft yellow/orange sandy beach. Beach was very clean with very few people. Every evening we managed to get to the swimming pool, it was very clean and refreshing. There are plenty of local restaurants and street bars/vendor to choose from, if you prefer to eat or drink on a go. Nearest large grocery store is in Yabucoa (Ralph's Food Warehouse) - 20 mins away. Condo is within drivable distance to Tropical Rain Forest, and number of Nature Preserves. Thank you Luis for allowing us to stay at your condo, we will be back. Jack"
