  • Quiet, beautiful, beachfront

"We traveled to Rincon for a destination wedding. This was our first VRBO and the owner was very helpful in accommodating our stay. The condo building was very quiet and nearly empty. The facility was very clean and we enjoyed the pool every day of our stay. You are steps away from a beautiful walk on the beach where you can see lots of wildlife. The beach isn't really equipped for swimming as it is very rocky near the shoreline, but it is perfect if you want to dip your toes in the sand. There is a beach within walking distance that is better for swimming and paddle boarding which we also enjoyed. You can also walk to multiple restaurants! The condo was perfect for my parents, fiance' and I. We had trouble with the Wifi on the first night which was concerning for my parents who work remotely, but the owner was very helpful in troubleshooting and getting our issue resolved! I would highly recommend this place for anyone travelling to Rincon."

  • Our Home Away From Home

"We’re sitting here on the balcony the day before we go home after a wonderful one-month stay at Edgardo and Marga’s beautiful condo. Like everyday we’ve been here, the sun rises and casts its light on the palm trees and ocean, giving mesmerizing beauty. You will not be disappointed in choosing this location. The pictures posted tell the truth; 50-feet from the ocean, tastefully decorated rooms, and a safe surrounding for your family. The condo was very well supplied. Just bring your swimsuit and toothbrush and you’re good to go. Each day we walked the beach, collecting sand dollars, starfishes and other unusual shells that washed up on the beach daily. During the day we visited some remarkable national treasurers like the El Yunque National Rainforest, Old San Juan and its 16th-century forts, the Bacardi Rum tour, the bio-luminescent tour on kayaks, Luquillo and Seven Seas beaches, and our favorite, the Fajardo lighthouse within the Las Cabezas de San Juan Reserve during its daylight tour and the special evening one. Our favorite food spots were many. Mojitos Restaurant in Old San Juan, #2 La Parrilla and #37 Ceviche Hut at the “Kiosks”, Lluvia Deli Bar in Palmer, El Varadero Seaside Grill and La Estacion in Fajardo, El Verde in Rio Grande, and shopping for local artesian fare was just great. Be sure to go to Coqui International in Palmer, and visit Puerto Ricans Arts and Crafts store on Calle de la Fortaleza in Old San Juan. Be sure to take home a symbol of Puerto Rico’s Christmas belief with a Three Kings artwork, and a Vigilante Mask. A couple times during the month, our adult children and young grandchildren visited from the states, and they loved the condo, the beach, the pool and the entire Puerto Rican island for what it has to offer all ages. Oh yes, if you need a grocery store, go to Ralph’s; it’s 5 minutes away. Thank you Edgardo and Marga for providing us our home, away from home. We’ll be back again!"

  • Nice condo

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay , we liked the condo , sitting on the roof top terrace was amazing! The view was beautiful. The beach down the street, seven seas, was lovely. We enjoyed eating at Racar , just a short walk from the condo, great food, and easy to get wifi there. Close to the rain forest and Liquillo beach . Best beach ever, pretty mountains! We wished there was wifi on the property thou. But all and all, nice staying there."

  • Great House, Great Location!!

"I will make this review short and get right to the point. We were there with 7 guys for a bachelor party with room for 14. Great location, walking distance to everything in Condado including the beach, hotel lobbies (clubs), strip clubs, restaurants, everything! If you want to go to Old San Juan, Isla Verdes or spend a day at the rain forest these are just short trips away. 5 minutes to Isla Verde, 10 minutes to Old San Juan, 30 minutes to the rain forest. Uber is your friend. Let me repeat that, Uber.Is.Your.Friend. It's cheap and the drivers give great recommendations for places to party or eat. Back to the house, it's plenty big, everyone basically had their own bathroom. The pool is nice, it's not as big as they make it look in the pictures but it's fine. The backyard has a nice bar area and charcoal grill. Neighborhood is safe, you can walk anywhere, at anytime which is nice since the bars don't close until 4 or 5am. Only 4 stars because the plumbing in the house needs to be fixed or updated. Showers have really poor water pressure, some have no hot water at all or need to be adjusted just right to get hot water. Also, they're on septic so for a couple of days there was a funky smell but nothing you can't handle. Karen the host was excellent. We only saw her the first day but she gave us all in the info we needed and showed us around the entire house and property. Book this house, you won't be disappointed!"
