  • Excellent view and the Apt has everthing you need

"The location of this apartment was excellent! It was only a 10 min ride from the airport and the condition was very good. There is plenty of cookware for making your own meals (although the restaurant downstairs is good too). There are plenty of towels and utensils and the apartment was nice and clean. We look forward to returning. The building is very secure and safe, and the pool is clean and clear."

  • Quiet, beautiful, beachfront

"We traveled to Rincon for a destination wedding. This was our first VRBO and the owner was very helpful in accommodating our stay. The condo building was very quiet and nearly empty. The facility was very clean and we enjoyed the pool every day of our stay. You are steps away from a beautiful walk on the beach where you can see lots of wildlife. The beach isn't really equipped for swimming as it is very rocky near the shoreline, but it is perfect if you want to dip your toes in the sand. There is a beach within walking distance that is better for swimming and paddle boarding which we also enjoyed. You can also walk to multiple restaurants! The condo was perfect for my parents, fiance' and I. We had trouble with the Wifi on the first night which was concerning for my parents who work remotely, but the owner was very helpful in troubleshooting and getting our issue resolved! I would highly recommend this place for anyone travelling to Rincon."

  • Paradise Found

"The best view on Sandy Beach. Loved listening to the sound of the waves and waking up to an ocean view. The property has a supply of beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel equipment and ice chests. Also, our kids learned to surf in front of the Villa. "Road to Happiness" located next door was super friendly and helpful. Erica and Ryan from Kare Management were super helpful! They were readily available, answered all our questions and provided good restaurant recommendations. They even helped us with "Noche de San Juan" which we had no idea about! We'll be back and plan on renting both the 1st and 3rd floors. Thanks for a truly memorable experience!"

  • Perfect introduction to Puerto Rico

"Our group of 8 stayed here on our first visit to Puerto Rico and it was the best introduction we could possibly have hoped for. Matt was very responsive in setting us up, and Diana was great with check-in, check-out and any needs during the week. The house is really great and is probably better in person than in photos. It is not lavishly decorated, but really comfortable and we never felt crowded. The really expansive yard, pool, gazebo and views really make this place utterly outstanding. It was difficult for us to get started on our day trips until about noon each day because the setting was so great that we just hung out at the house. We really enjoyed the local scene at Crashboat Beach on a crowded Sunday afternoon, and also enjoyed Jobos beach in Isabella (look for the Postillos stand on 4466 on the way), both very close. Rincon was also great for surf lessons (Puntas Surf School). It was easy to travel on our longer day trips to La Playeula (wow!) and Batey Zipline Adventure, both well worth it. We really enjoyed being off the beaten path of everything, yet having our own slice of paradise. It was a great balance of local flavor mixed with tourist oriented activities. There is really so much to do that we missed Wilderness and Shacks Beach, horseback riding, waterfalls, among many other things. Don't miss the beach down below the house, it is a hidden gem for early or late walks. This is a great place, complete with iguanas that hang out in the trees below that you can check on every day. We are already looking into our next trip!"
