  • Perfect Vacation Home for Those Who Love Exploring

"This quaint home is perfect for those who seek refuge from the city life, but wants the safety of amenities. The villa has two bedrooms with window a/c units that were on a timer from 8pm to 8am. This was fine with us since we were off exploring the island everyday and the weather was delightful. What amazed us the most is how we were able to have all the windows and doors open and not a bug came in to harass us. Seriously, we brought mosquito repellent and did not have to use it once. The kitchen had the necessities needed to cook meals. When we were at the house we spent most of the time on the balcony enjoying the views and the songs of the wildlife. We even went hiking in the early mornings throughout the neighborhood and found plenty of passion fruit that we ate for breakfast. The neighborhood was quiet (except for the nature sounds) and we felt quite safe. We love the fact that a few minutes away were the beaches, the rain forest and since we rented a car we were able to take adventures throughout the entire island. We stayed for 8 days and not once saw a bug in the house, nor did we have any major problems. My mother in law stayed on the futon in the living room and refused to sleep with the windows or door open to get the fresh air, so it became quite stuffy since there was no a/c. That was about the only issue we had. Any other issues Marcos addressed them right away. If you are looking for a unique, comfortable, quaint, nature filled, home away from home, then this is the place to come. We definitely want to come back....but this time with out the mother-in-law or teen....lol!!"

  • Beautiful house in Palmas del Mar

"Our extended family stayed at 52 Shell Castle Road in Palmas del Mar, Puerto Rico. There were 10 adults and 2 children. We were very comfortable in the 7 bedroom house. The views at the house were spectacular especially from the master bedroom. The living room was nice with 2 couches and 3 chairs so we could all sit together. The dining room had 10 chairs plus 2 extra chairs so we could all eat together. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels at the house. The washing machine and dryer worked well. We liked the restaurants and beach club in Palmas del Mar. We would stay at the house again!"

  • Excellent Villa for a family of 5 or 6

"You will not be disappointed with this home. Its bright, clean, free of any smells, odors, pet hair or any bugs. I really enjoyed the high end furnishings and appliances. All items are in working order and easy to use. Outdoor space is private enough so you don't see your neighbors in any windows. The 2 golf carts are a big bonus to use. The driving of a golf cart around is an adventure of its own. Take it around the whole Rockefeller trail to get familiar with the space of the resort. The resort grounds are just beautiful all around. Multiple pools and playgrounds for the kids to enjoy. There is a nice Airplane pool and playground park very close to the villa. Watermill park was nice with lazy river and not busy at all as was the Encanto pool. Best food was at Mi Casa we had dinner and breakfast, at Positivo only sushi from the menu were great, rest was just OK, had lunch at Encanto almost every day. Typical bar food but they have a few good choices, my favorite was Portobello wrap. Try green ice cream (forgot the name of the fruit in it) in La Cosina, its right next to Encanto pool, it was very good. The Villa and the resort grounds and amenities are excellent so you won't need to wonder off the property besides going to grocery store nearby. No one wanted to go home after one week. If we could we would stay for a month."

  • PARADISE!

"Excellent beach home right by the beach. It is outstanding how accesible everything is: pool, beach, tennis court, gym. The realtor was very detail oriented and made sure our stay was good. Close to some very good local cuisine and the town. There can be no doubt, that if we come again we will definitely by trying to book anew!"
