  • La Mancha on Isla Verde Ave in Carolina, Puerto Rico is a very nice condo complex.

"Great condo in a well kept building and pool. However, the shower in the bathroom did leak out on to the bathroom floor due to the glass shower stall door not aligning up properly with the rest of the stall and we had to mop up a fair size puddle after each shower, The garbage disposal also malfunctioned when first used and there was a mini flood in the kitchen. Coincidently the kitchen sink was slow to drain until the problem was fixed which took two days to happen. But none the less the condo was very nice. I suspect the garbage disposal had been sitting for some time unused and the fittings had dry rotted. The location of the complex, La Mancha was excellent and right across the street from not only the Intercontinental Hotel and Casino but also the El San Juan Hotel and Casino with ample night life especially on the weekends. • AWESOME OCEAN VIEW

"Maria, you have a beautiful home, situated where I consider to be the best place on earth, overlooking the ocean. The week that I had stayed was very relaxing. My main reason for choosing your home, was to enjoy the ocean view, unwind, and just for 1 week, live as if I was retired. Your home is more than what pictures can show. Even though I didn't get to meet your Mom, due to car trouble. The gentleman that you sent was very polite and thorough in showing me around your home. Your home is clean and well maintained, both inside and outside. Even though you do overlook the ocean, you are still close to the every day necessities of life. I made Selecto Supermarket and Ricomini Bakery my main spots. The cafeteria in Selecto has very good food and the bakery has delicious cakes and doughnuts and sandwiches. Anyone looking at this property, you can't go wrong. Make Solimar your vacation destination."

  • A Dream Vacation Home

"From the time we arrived at Casa Palma Azul to the time we departed, we had a great family vacation. Casa Palma Azul lived up to its name as the most luxurious home in Rincon. It was truly spacious and everyone had his or her own space when they needed some quiet time. I did not want my son, Chef Mo, from Norfolk, VA to prepare meals but the gourmet kitchen was equipped with EVERYTHING! SO needless to say, all of the breakfasts each morning were prepared and served outside on the 2nd floor veranda dining table. The fresh mangos that were picked from the neighbor's yard across the street were unlike any we tasted back on the mainland. Super fresh!!! We only had 3 dinners at Casa Palma Azul but easily could have had all the meals there, except, I insisted that we go out to the local restaurants to enjoy the surroundings. The activities were great: my family went deep-sea fiving, snorkeling, sunset cruise, golfing, cliff driving in San Sebastian and a one day trip to visit Old San Juan. We dis as much as we could in 7 days. We really needed another 3-4 days to round out our trip but, nonetheless, it was good. The pool area was gorgeous and the grounds were immaculately manicured. Mr. and Mrs. Brown, you must truly be delighted with your home as we were thoroughly thankful that you opened it up for rental and my family said it was a vacation they will always remember. My son from Houston wants to start looking at next year. Although we lost power 4 days in a row, due to storms, we never once was inconvenient as your generator(s) kicked in almost immediately. We want to thank Allison for all of her help prior to our arrival and sorry we did not get a chance to meet her. However, Annette stepped in and she was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I think I made a friend for life with her. She was truly an asset and helped direct us in getting around in Puerto Rico. We treated your home as though it was ours and made sure everything was left in a satisfactory condition. Rose Mary Mitchell, Gene Sebron and Family Greenbelt, MD"
