  • Amazing property outside of the tourist areas

"Just returned from 6 days at this wonderful property and wishing we were still there! The house and apartment were clean and beautifully decorated. The setup was especially great for us as two couples traveling together. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms appreciated. The gazebo and hammocks were our favorite places to hang out. We took a day trip to El Yunque Nat'l Park to see the rainforest, the Kiosks in Luquillo for amazing Puerto Rican food and to Cabo San Lunas for a Bio Bay kayak trip. Also took a day to visit The Pork Highway in Cayey for AMAZING roast hog. There is so much to do on this end of the island there's no way to fit everything in! You really do need water shoes here...the beach is filled with rocks and coral. Found lots of beautiful shells and sea glass. There were quite a few sea urchins but they were fairly easy to spot when you were walking in the shallows. There isn't really a good area to swim but the snorkeling is fantastic! Even saw two lobster hanging out in the rocks 😀 The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances but only salt was provided as a pantry item. You may need to stock up on spices and basics. There are grocery stores and a walmart not far away. We had such a fantastic time here and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for an out of the way adventure! Wish there was a way to share pictures on here!! Mary, Brian, Todd and Kerri"

  • Excellent Condo to enjoy the beauty of Cabo Rojo

"This condo is very clean and spacious. It comes fully loaded with games, DVD's, and all the kitchen items you need to make it a home away from home. It was very quiet early on the week and got a little more happening towards the weekend. My family enjoyed the space and having 2 bathrooms was a plus. Our experience was relaxing, safe and not too loud once the weekend came around and other guests arrived. This condo is close to everything for you to enjoy. Robert was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to enjoy it's surroundings.A+"

  • Vieques Island paradise, beautiful home, amazing beaches, authentic food and people-Carribean Beauty

"Our family of 4 with two teen girls (age 16 & 17) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I could write an essay on how much we loved the home and the island, but I'll try to keep it short! We were on the island 14 years ago so it was amazing to return with our (almost) adult children. This home is lovely with multiple places to relax and enjoy the views. We spent time on the rooftop deck in the morning, we used the cool cement dining table by the pool in the afternoon or for dinner. The room off the kitchen was great for quiet reading. The bathroom is wonderful, really nice shower and all the beds were super comfortable! The home has details like speakers all over, outdoor lighting, beautiful landscaping (flowers, palm trees, bushes..gorgeous), screens to keep the bugs out on all windows and doors, and views from many locations that are typical of the island. There are towels, lawn chairs, coolers for your beach days; the kitchen is well stocked with basics (spices, oils, venegar) and has all you will need if you want to cook in. Others have commented about the roosters; and it's true, there are roosters all over the island, so no matter where you stay, you will hear them. It's part of the charm of the whole place. There are also horses all over in the road, at the beach...dogs lay in the streets and wander all over but we never met an unfriendly animal. Geko's scatter across the porch or in trees. This is really the beauty, charm and quirkiness of Vieques. Travelers to Vieques should research what it is like on the island so they are not disappointed. There are many "houses" all over the island that are run down or in disrepair, but the residents are nothing but kind and welcoming. Scattered among these local residents are beautiful homes, like Los Frutales. As a mother of two girls, I never felt unsafe in our home or anywhere on the island and my girls often traveled about the island on their own. The beaches; oh my, this is the Spanish Virgin Islands and the beaches rival St. John. Our favorites were Media Luna, Red and Blue. Navio for body surfing. The food; Esperanza is where we ate most of our dinners and you can pick any open air, casual, welcoming restaurant. There is a food truck outside the entrance to Sun Bay beach that served the most amazing grilled chicken, beans and rice, empanadas. A trip to Vieques is an experience of a lifetime. We'll rent here if we are lucky enough to come again. Reviewed by a real life guest!"

  • Amazing Views!

"I completely enjoyed my stay at this property. Xavier was great to deal with and was very responsive every time. His property was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and everything just as described or better. The beach views, however, don't make justice to the real thing. You care literally a few feet away from the beach and you could hear the sound of the waves when windows were open or while on the balcony. We also enjoyed the amenities of the resort but were glad to have quieter pools at the villas since those at the hotel always seemed very crowded. Can't wait to go back!!!"
