"We really liked the condo, the garden and environment. We missed wifi, otherwise it was excellent. We would have appreciated some written info about the house, nearby beaches, restaurants etc- including where to put the garbage and which pool that was available for us.."

  • Exceeded Expectations!

"We stayed at Casa Bonita for 6 days and loved every minute of it. We had 3 adults and 1 teenager with us. We are fortunate enough to have access to a few paddle boards, which worked out great since we were beach front. The house is in a great location with so many things very close, even walking distance. Allison has everything there you need. We even ended up having a few of our local employees over for a meeting and then had a BBQ in the back patio, it was perfect! Just a short walk up the beach, you can go to the Villa Cofressi bar for good food and great drinks. The food around is great as well, Lucky 13 that is right down the street, La Cambija was amazing- just a short car ride. We even went to Cowboys for a great atmosphere dinner. All in all this was a great place to rent and Allison is wonderful to work with. We are sorry we missed her when she stopped by. We will for sure rent this house again when we come back to Rincon."

  • Perfect Spot for Relaxing

"The inviting photo of rocking chairs on the condo balcony persuaded us to choose this particular unit in Rincon -- and we never regretted our decision for a minute! As others have remarked, its location is perfect: across the street from the lovely public beach with gentle waves and unparalleled sunsets, within walking distance of excellent restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops in the downtown area, with easy driving to the beautiful but more intimidating "surfer" beaches and also not far from the grocery store and farmers' markets. We could swim every morning at the public beach and then often explored by car in the afternoons -- to other beaches, to the nearby small city of Mayaguez, to the mountains to the east. The condo unit was clean, comfortable, a great place to come home to after active days in the sun. It was a very good fit for us. We loved having a washer and dryer right there in the unit (great for drying beach towels) and the eat-in kitchen and the comfortable sofas and -- of course - the rocking chairs! We particularly enjoyed spending time on that west-facing balcony, overlooking the street and the park beyond, watching the schoolchildren and fishermen and joggers in the morning, the cars and bicycles in the afternoon -- and on Saturday night watching the horseback riders go past and listening to music and singing from the park. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact when we had a question or an issue. We three "older" folks had some initial problems working the television set and he was more than patient with us! And when the swimming pool equipment was making an ominous noise, he contacted a person onsite immediately and the problem was solved. We would definitely like to come back and stay here again -- it was the perfect place to escape winter!"

  • Location! Very clean and nice apartment

"First off, Haydee the property owner is a great person. There was a problem with the water in all of San Juan that day and she above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! She gave us a discount for the situation that occurred, more than fair. The apartment is located in a very central location. Very easy to access anywhere in old san juan. Parking is next door in the Paseo parking lot and very reasonable. Great breeze comes through the apartment and the a/c in the bedroom works excellent. The kitchen is big and more than enough storage space everywhere. Very safe, never felt uncomfortable walking around, even coming back at 330am. I would definitely stay here again!"
