  • Secluded Paradise

"My family and I booked Villa Tampico for my 15th Wedding Anniversary. I couldn't have picked a more beautiful location. The house is just incredible. And the owners, Joe and Michelle, are the most lovely people. We chartered a plane from San Juan thru Sergio with Air Margarita. Upon arrival, Joe greeted us at the airport and waited while we rented two Jeeps (which are necessary for the drive up to the house). We then followed in tandem to Villa Tampico. I couldn't have conjured a more lovely location. Joe gave us the tour and explained the essentials...and we were officially on vacation. We rarely left! Why leave Paradise? We cooked dinner at the house 4 nights out of 7. My husband and I fly fish and there are ample locations to wade and explore. Bring wading booties...there are lots of sea urchins in the flats around the house. Fishing off of the two piers was great fun as well. We will definitely return."

  • Tropical Ocean Breezes, Beautiful Balconey Sunsets, Great Location!

"We 4 stayed here for 8 nights and found this place to be wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. We were able to leave the sliding doors and windows open when we were there and allow the tropical ocean breeze to flow through the place without ever really needing to use the A/C (but did run a floor fan that was provided at night). Despite no screens we never saw a mosquito or a no see um, and that was an unexpected but pleasant surprise! The owners were great, picking us up at the airport, giving us a short tutorial about the place, and then leaving us to play. We did stay in Rincon one night (Casa Islena - also recommended) because it is a 2.5 hour and somewhat tedious drive over to the west end of the island. It was nice to have the clothes dryer because otherwise things dry slowly with the humidity. Plumbing was all high quality and worked well. The king size bed was more comfortable than our bed at home! Go for it!"

  • Apartment and grounds clean

"Diana was very helpful and worked hard to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would've enjoyed a grill. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the beaches. Jobos beach is just a walk along the beach, but instead of beauty, the beach is lettered with trash and graffiti. We discovered a beautiful beach and facility (villa rentals) up the road (east) from the apartment. Only $10 to park for the day to enjoy a clean and beautiful beach, great restaurant, and delicious drinks!"

  • My home away from home

"Our stay was great, 2 small issues but Nelly (she takes care of the place) was super she came and handled the situation right away. She was very pleasant, kind, friendly she was great. I would definetly stay here again. William and his wife are great to talk through emails. If I have a concern or problem they would email me right away. All villas are on the beach, beautiful view and very peaceful on the days I was there. Non of my family wanted to leave. Very happy...."
