  • Spacious, Easy Access from Parking, Great South View of Ocean, Well-equipped, Will Return!

"Wow, I have been to St. Martin many many times, but this penthouse and its wonderful space and fully equipped kitchen with the easy access to the garage made me want to stay here for months, not weeks. Great view of the ocean AND sunset from the wonderful balcony -it faces south so you can see half of the east and all of the west as the sun lazily moves across the brilliant blue sky from the east to the west. It is a large penthouse with many rooms and two full baths that have double sinks. The condo was truly ovely and completely equipped. Obviously the owners take pride in their property and it shows. It is fully furnished and the kitchen is great with lots of plates, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils. There were instructions and notes all over that made operating all the gadgets very easy plus books and guides to the Island laid out perfectly including the owners own lists upon lists of things to do and where to eat. I could not ask for anything better. I am repeating myself, but was repeatedly impressed as to how easy it was to get to the garage from the gate and then to elevator to penthouse, the cleanliness of the parking garage (exclusive only for the three penthouses - so it is neat, tidy and private), and the elevator just a few steps from where your park your garage - so easy to get your luggage up and down, to bring your groceries and to brings all your juices, water, and bottles of spirits up to your condo - and only 4 floors on the elevator and your are right at your door. Needlessly to say, I really enjoyed the place and the condo made my stay at St. Martin all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this unit, it is located in an ideally safe area and close to everything. And staff is exceptional in their respect, kindness, and assistance - all of them! I sure would to come back to this very unit/condo for a month, not just two weeeks."

  • Relaxing and peaceful property

"We were here March 2016. Group of 4 adults. 1st time not using an all inclusive resort. Large 2 bedroom + loft unit. Very spacious, clean, and unbelievably quiet. We couldn't believe how the only sounds we heard were the waves of the ocean. View from 2nd floor balcony was beautiful. Even though there is a parking lot in between the condo and the beach, you can't see it through the landscaping and it isn't used at night. The view from the bedrooms balconies were of the mountains and the surrounding village. All of us thought the beds were incredible! Clean. The unit had all we needed and the manager Julie answered all our questions quickly and effectively. We asked for a BBQ and she got one. The loft would only be good for children as it is open concept into the living room / kitchen area so sleeping in the a.m. would be difficult if that was a need. We had a cleaning lady come in once and she did a great job. We wish we had more towels in between the once visit. There is a washing machine but we didn't end up using it. Parking included. Building is very safe and is locked on all sides. We wish we had been given 4 keys instead of 2 as difficult when we were going back and forth to the beach at different times but not a huge deal. The pool is small and walled in without a view. You would never use it during the day as there is no wind and the area gets very hot. We used it at the end of the day for a cool off. The beach is beautiful (with the exception of some minor seaweed but we know that this is common throughout most if not all the Caribbean right now). It's in a relatively quiet area of the Orient Beach scene but a close walk if you need more action and about 15 minute walk to the nude beach (which is calmer as its in a bay). We weren't happy with the service at Waikiki Beach which provided the chairs/umbrellas as part of the condo deal. They NEVER came and asked us for service (drinks or food). They would only serve the customers of Waikiki and we weren't allowed to sit in the more comfortable chairs. They would take the umbrellas away at 3:30/4:00 if the cruise customers had left as they wanted to go home. The bathrooms at Waikiki were gross!!!! We saw staff using the chair sheds to have sex with tourists! Thank goodness we were a short walk to our condo. Night life is quiet. A short walk to the Village - pricey but good. They take US dollars at par at most places which was good for us instead of Euro. Highly recommend Princess Eden unit!"

  • Beautiful appartment - perfect location

"Stayed at this apartment with friends. We loved the space, and the way it was tastefully decorated. The place had plenty of towels, change of sheets and many other things that made it seem like home. We especially loved the living and balcony, the view from the living room looking at the ocean was priceless. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were super spacious. The location of the apartment is pure perfection for St Martin, as with most other places we have stayed in on the island you have to drive for everything. With this apartment, you had the option of NOT driving to many restaurant in Grand Case, you can walk to all the action areas without living in them. You have countless choices of places to eat and drink. If ever I am on the island again, I would only look to stay at this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend. The place is perfect for two couples, family or a group of friends. We particularly enjoyed taking a walk on Grand Case beach, which the apartment is directly on, walking to the various restaurant close by and watching sunset from the balcony overlooking the sea. Fanny and Baby A provided excellent service. Fanny was always smiling and happy to help with every query we had. Thank you for making our holiday even better. From Mustafa, Kingsley and Dje"

  • Maagnificent time in paaraadise

"We spent 6 lovely days, 5 nights, in St. Maarten. One of the largest highlights of our trip was our stay at the beautiful and luxurious Villa 8. The views and location are ideal on top of the safety and security of the neighborhood and surrounding area. From the balcony you can see an unobstructed view of the lovely Cupecoy beach which is 5 minutes away by foot. The house was ideal for our family of 3 adults with room to fit 6, with enough bathrooms, closet space and living space for everyone. The villa was well equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and equipment which we used daily. The appliances and facilities are high end. The house has as a very modern and contemporary feel, it was very livable, functional and homey – fit for Royalty. We enjoyed the open concept space since it allowed our family to gather together communally but perform different activities at the same time. One family member could swim on the patio, while the others watched TV, cooked dinner, etc. The house also comes with a washer/dryer which can be helpful for families with younger children and those staying for longer periods of time. We were able to enjoy the best of both worlds with since the villa is tucked away, yet very accessible to the hotel amenities and beaches. The owner is very responsive and pleasure to deal with. Our family enjoyed our time in paradise and is looking forward to coming back! - JoseD"
