  • Beautiful Villa by the beach.. Everybody courteous and helpful.

"The villa was beautiful and perfect for 3 adult couples. Everyone had their own bathroom. The only problem was the lighting in the bathrooms were not good if you needed to shave or apply makeup..the beds and pillows were excellent. The restaurants in the area were great. Best food on the island was right here on Dawn Beach. Stephanie the concierge was fabulous. We went to Mr. Busby's everyday for Happy Hour and visited with Grey and the staff. Very relaxing vacation! Definitely do it again!"

  • Lovely villa with spectacular view

"This villa was great. My husband and I rented it for 4 nights. It would be perfect for 2 couples. To be super critical... I wish it had been a southern facing view. We only had sun on the deck before 9:00am... and thus the pool was cold for afternoon swims or evening dips. The owner said the house had a heater for pool - but they never came to unlock it. Never saw the downstairs apartment but it's not something you'd want to stay in - no view all overgrown. We loved bikini beach at orient. Went to pineal island one day / lovely but go early to get a front row chair- land by 11am. Dined at oyster pond Daniele ( mr buzbys) and la shambala ( killer view) and Le pressoir in grand case- all great. Rented car from Avis- we had a little sand on seats and they charged us a sand fee of $10 - so beware . Overall Great trip - great people great food great villa."

  • Best VRBO Experience!

"As a family of 6 who almost always stays in a VRBO property whenever we travel as well as having owned 2 VRBO properties myself, I have pretty exacting standards for my lodgings! Villa Suzanne hit it out of the park. The whole experience could not have gone smoother from start to finish-not one little hiccup. And then the property itself was truly exceptional. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed (right down to pool floats and a crib for our littlest one)! With four kids, we don't want to bring more than absolutely necessary plus we require a good kitchen set-up! And the the location!! Amazing views from the kitchen, living room and pool deck. Being on the Atlantic side ensured a constant breeze; i.e. it wasn't sweltering hot and no mosquitoes. Dawn Beach was indeed a close walk but we prefer to beach-hop in the Caribbean and Villa Suzanne was well-positioned for us to do just that. The final "cherry on top" were the owners and the housekeeper Catherine. Wonderful wonderful people who are truly excited about St. Martin and want you to have the best experience possible. And we did!"

  • Beautiful home and ocean view

"Villa Sea Watch is named correctly. It sits on top of a rocky cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, with nothing to block the view. The pictures on the website accurately show the home, and it's even better in person. Each of the three bedrooms are very large, with comfortable beds, terrific sunrise ocean views, air conditioning and private bathrooms. The master bedroom is alone on the upper level with a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The home would work well for three couples. The main level has a dining room, living room, kitchen, wet bar, breakfast area, and two bedrooms. The open-concept dining/living/kitchen areas are not air conditioned, but are screened in and get a constant breeze when all windows are opened. The pool is large and deep, and the deck has both sunny and shaded areas, plus a propane grill for outdoor cooking. It's a great spot to watch and listen to the ocean. The home is in a private gated neighborhood, so traffic is nearly non-existent - no road noise at all. The area is a near the Westin hotel/casino (a five minute drive on a truly rotten road - but it's passable if you go slow and pick your spots), and several beach bars and restaurants. Cherie, the owner, was a delight to work with. She responds quickly, and went above and beyond what we would expect to make our stay a memorable one. We highly recommend the home, and would definitely return."
