  • An Absolutely Fabulous Rental

"Our family of 6, my husband, my self and 4 teenaged children, stayed at 203 Cupecoy for 15 days over the holidays. This is one property that delivered well above our expectations. The condo was much larger than we thought it would be, it was clean, it is very well maintained. There was only 1 instance were we had a small problem (husband got locked in the bathroom, he was able to get out after a few minutes), we called and let the condo manager know (since my husband dismantled the knob). First, she answered the phone (which in itself is a miracle nowadays, then she offered to pull their handy man off his holiday to come and replace it-we were fine with just not closing the door, but the offer was in my opinion well above and beyond). The location of Cupecoy Beach Club is perfect!! Very upscale, next to beautiful beaches, across from a nice casino, lots of restaurants, close to a great grocery store. We rented a car and drove throughout the island and each of us agreed we were staying at the best location on the island! We hope to return again and again!!"

  • Great Family Vacation!

"We rented Seaside Retreat January 16-26! Yes, 10 days of Caribbean bliss! There were 8 family members in our group; all adults along with a 11 year old niece. The villa provided all the necessities of home. Each couple had their own bedroom along with its own bathroom which was a plus! The views from the patio were stunning day & night! The airport landings & takeoffs were tolerable & by the end of the time there it was something that you really didn't notice to much. The villa was close to attractions & some within walking distance. Jenny, the housekeeper, did a great job cleaning 3 times while we were there. She washed bedding, towels & cleaned bathrooms. There was plenty of hot water for the group at all times. All the kitchen appliances worked well. It might be a good idea to print off an online detailed map of the island before you come because there were not any to be found on the island. They did provide one but was very vague on street details. I would like to throw in a few things that may need attention. Not trying to be picky - just saying. *Internet was not very reliable at all. For the most part it was difficult to get connected. *Patio/pool were wonderful, the balcony could be a hazard to smaller children due to gap width in the railing. *Bathroom, kitchen & beach towels were getting thin. *Washing machine did not spin out the water. We informed Jenny & she seemed aware of the issue. *Would be nice to have lids for the frying pans in the kitchen. *Patio door screen looked like someone had fixed them in the past however they were in need of some attention as there were open gaps in them. Not good to keep out mosquitos and other bugs. Attractions we visited: *David's Pocket-beautiful! *Maho beach-cool watching airplanes land & takeoff plus good food at Driftwood beach bar. Plus shopping in Maho & eating at the 3 Amigos-good Tex-Mex. *Mullet Bay beach-stunning sunsets & relatively calm bay. *Pinel Island-relaxing & great snorkeling on the other side of the island. *Shopping in Phillipsburg-specifically visiting Juggie's Place "smallest bar in the world", his deal was 2 beers & a Cuban cigar for $2.99. The guys in the group this & enjoyed visiting with Juggie while the girls shopped in the nearby store. *Little Bay beach-nice & not many people. All in all Seaside Retreat did not disappoint. If we ever get the chance to return to Sint Maarten we would stay here again. Thanks Rick for sharing your villa! Stay well!"

  • Amazing

"Our stay at Villa Suzanne was Wonderful! It was a surprise for my husband's birthday to be going to St. Martin & then meeting our friends in Atlanta to bring them with us was the topping. The house was everything it was in the pictures and more! Sitting at the table by the pool and looking out at the ocean/ beach/ boats every day was everything a vacation should be, and the sounds of the surf totally soothed your soul. Our friends spend a lot of time on beach vacations, staying in condos, etc. and were totally impressed with how well-appointed the kitchen was, because we all love to cook. We ate in about half of the nights and every breakfast and found everything we needed to prepare delicious meals. We felt like part of the rich and famous, staying at such a luxurious home. Clair and Homere were great and we really appreciated their services. We can't say enough good things about St. Martin, either. Everyone was very friendly, we never met anyone less than that. The food we ate out was amazing. I had curried goat and oxtail stew for lunch (both because I couldn't decide, so the waitress brought me 1/2 order of each) in Marigot at a sidewalk cafe. We ate at Busbys/ Daniels the first night which set the tone for excellent meals to follow. Had lunch there and then Van's birthday dinner at Big Fish which was fabulous. Shopping at Carrefour was a great experience--wish we had stores like that here: fresh whole fish, great vegetables, hard to find ingredients, but even the tiny local stores were good. The wine selection and price was amazing, the cheeses were excellent and we had fresh baguettes every day. The villa was so lovely and special that some nights we stayed at home and just had shrimp and salad with cheese and baguettes and wine for dinner. Perfect. It's easy to get around in St. Martin and we explored everywhere. Dawn Beach is just a walk down the road and is beautiful. Orient Beach, Grand Case and Friar's Beach are also wonderful. We checked when there were no cruise ships in town so we could visit Phillipsburg without dealing with crowds. The total ambiance of the house and the island made this one of our more memorable vacations. Thank you both for sharing such a wonderful place as Villa Suzanne. We would tell anyone going to St. Martin to stay there--it doesn't get any better than that."

  • Alabaster Amazing

"We had the PRIVILEGE of staying at the CBC, Alabaster Villa in April 2016. The Villa is amazing and immaculate...modern and stylish with a perfect beach setting. We stayed there for 2 nights after leaving the Westin and could only wish we had more time there. The plunge pool was perfect for our 3 year old son, and being beachfront was a great treat. I have so much love for this property...Thank you Lisa for a wonderful memory!!"
