  • Clean and comfortable apartment

"We booked this apartment due to the many good reviews we had read and we weren't disappointed. The apartment is a lovely size. Very clean and comfortable Gloria met us at the reception area after telephoning her to tell her we were on our way. She gave us lots of information on places to visit and to eat out. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she did everything she could to make our stay a good one. The welcome basket was much appreciated especially the wine and beer. The bed had to be the most comfortable I have ever slept in and we both had a good nights sleep all the time we were there. The pool is fantastic, there were never many people in it despite its huge size. The beach is just beyond the pool area. There is a small pizza place on site which is handy after a long day if you don't feel like going out again. They were very reasonably priced and very tasty. We were given clean bedding and towels at the end of the first week. Gloria even provides beach towels which saves on that extra weight in your suitcase. She lives on site so was always available if needed and responded to emails almost immediately. Paul and I would like to thank you and Nick for making our stay so enjoyable. We loved the apartment and St Martin and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. Don't forget to visit That Yoda Guy Museum it is very interesting if you are a Star Wars for movie fan"

  • Private studio in Cul de Sac

"We really enjoyed our second stay in this wonderful, private studio. Our stay was longer this time since last years holiday was so enjoyable. The studio is fully equipped with everything you may need, the lovely outdoor kitchen has been improved and enlarged, and there's two new lounges on the deck in the private garden. We made use of the salt water swimming pool and cooked out on the grill many evenings. The hosts are very welcoming and make sure you have everything you need. The only downside is that we had to leave and come home"

  • Beautiful home and ocean view

"Villa Sea Watch is named correctly. It sits on top of a rocky cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, with nothing to block the view. The pictures on the website accurately show the home, and it's even better in person. Each of the three bedrooms are very large, with comfortable beds, terrific sunrise ocean views, air conditioning and private bathrooms. The master bedroom is alone on the upper level with a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The home would work well for three couples. The main level has a dining room, living room, kitchen, wet bar, breakfast area, and two bedrooms. The open-concept dining/living/kitchen areas are not air conditioned, but are screened in and get a constant breeze when all windows are opened. The pool is large and deep, and the deck has both sunny and shaded areas, plus a propane grill for outdoor cooking. It's a great spot to watch and listen to the ocean. The home is in a private gated neighborhood, so traffic is nearly non-existent - no road noise at all. The area is a near the Westin hotel/casino (a five minute drive on a truly rotten road - but it's passable if you go slow and pick your spots), and several beach bars and restaurants. Cherie, the owner, was a delight to work with. She responds quickly, and went above and beyond what we would expect to make our stay a memorable one. We highly recommend the home, and would definitely return."

  • Beautiful Vacation Retreat, Close to Airport, Amenities and Beaches

"My family and I stayed in the home for the week between Christmas and New Years this past year and we only have wonderful things to say about both the house and the host! The house is conveniently located within 10 minutes (driving) from the airport and is only a few minute drive to Mullet Bay, one of the island's most beautiful beaches on the Dutch side. The house is extremely spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. There were 5 of us who stayed together in the house and it was more than enough space. There are three full baths and two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other with two twins, as well as a queen pull-out couch. The house has it's own private pool, which is big enough for lounging in or swimming a few laps. The house is also in a fully gated community, with a full-time security guard, so we never felt unsafe. In addition to the house, the host/renter of the house is extremely responsive and helpful when it comes to planning your vacation. She will send you a guide to the island with tips that include the best beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, excursions, tips for driving on the island, etc. We had several questions before traveling to the island and she was always extremely prompt and helpful with the information she provided to us. Tips: - A car is absolutely necessary to get to the house and to explore the island. One of the most beautiful parts of St. Martin is the selection of beaches, all are different and beautiful in their own way. I would recommend a car to anyone traveling to the island. -The food is great all over the island, we really didn't have a bad meal. I would suggest bringing a small amount of cash to most beaches because they usually have beach bars and cafes that do not accept credit card and you will want to try the grilled chicken and ribs with rice. Plan at least one meal in Grand Case for some delicious French food. -Plan a snorkeling trip the water is beautiful! Otherwise, you can entertain yourself by going to a different beach everyday!"
