  • Tranquility, privacy and lovely views.

"This villa has amazing views and a fantastic pool. We have stayed on the island for many years in many different villas. This one is now among our favorites for the location and privacy. We loved every second we spent is this little corner of paradise and look forward to returning again soon."

  • We have just returned...

"We have just returned from a great vacation on St. Bart's. Villa Mahogany was a nice, comfortable villa - perhaps not our ideal level of luxury, but it was all that was available at late notice - turned out to be fine for just the 2 of us, but glad we didn't take young children or aging parents. The privacy was excellent, view outstanding and access to local beach and a great trail walk were priceless, so overall still made a great vacation experience."

  • Bucket List Girls Getaway

"I have just returned from a 6 night stay at Villa Kercliff accompanied by my 2 daughters and several friends. 6 women ranging in age from 25 to 57 found everything they needed to provide the setting for an unforgettable vacation. This Villa is set up perfectly with 3 bedrooms( King size beds) and plenty of areas to sit and relax both inside and out. The kitchen is beautifully appointed but also very user friendly with a Nespresso that made this coffee snob very happy every morning! The beautiful wood cabinetry has many details that remind you of those you would find on a luxury yacht! Although we did venture out daily to enjoy the beaches and wonderful restaurants, we were just as happy to stay at the villa and spend time enjoying the breathtaking views during our morning coffee and sunset cocktail hour. There is truly no reason to leave this villa unless you want to - the wonderful breezes, and the general quiet of this part of the island are what made it perfect for us. We never noticed any bugs or mosquitos at all during our stay! The Columbier location makes it very easy to travel to Gustavia and St Jean with little effort. The added bonus is the sunset deck located at one of the highest points on the island - with basically 270 degree viewing. Many other amenities are included at the villa such as beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, coolers etc which means your vacation starts instantly, you don't have to spend precious vacation time to purchase or rent these items. I could go on and on about the meticulous attention to detail, fine antiques, classic blue and white color scheme, but in the end there are no words to describe the totally relaxed feeling you get after spending just a little time on this gorgeous property. Although this was perfect for our girls getaway - it would be just as perfect for 3 couples or a family with older children (6 and up would be my recommendation). The owners are wonderful to work with are willing to share their vast knowledge of the island to help you customize your trip to suit your needs."

  • Everything you could want, and more!

"We had a wonderful experience at this villa! It really was everything we were looking for and we would return and recommend it to anyone. It’s in a quiet location on a dead-end street but yet is still easily accessible to everything St. Barths has to offer. The house and deck are very private so we felt very comfortable day and night. The deck and house have wonderful views and gets sun from early morning to about 6pm (in late March). Everything is nicely maintained and updated. In fact, the AC in our kid’s bedroom went out but Joe, the owner, had a brand new one replaced in just one day. And with the nice winds it wasn’t really missed. Here are some further observations: • Villa has AC only in the bedrooms. That was perfect for us as we wanted to feel the breeze and hear the waves in the main room but have AC for sleeping. • There is no clothing dryer but there is drying rack on the deck that worked great and the washing machine worked well. • The pool is approximately 6+ feet deep with no gradual drop off. So if you have very little kids it’s something to keep in mind as we couldn’t stand in the pool. Again this worked well for us as our kids are 6-8 and are good swimmers and they loved to jump in the pool repeatedly and this depth allowed them to do that. But if you were planning to hold your kids the whole time while swimming that could be a challenge. The pool was well maintained. • We loved that there is a mini-mart and a couple of restaurants in walking distance as well as shell and swimming beach. (Not the best on the island but still fun to try). • One of the best bakeries on the island is only a 5 minute drive away • Parking was super easy at the villa. No vertical driveway to navigate. • There was plenty of hot water for showers • We appreciated that the house had screens to help keep out mosquitos and we also loved that it had blackout curtains in the bedrooms. • The kitchen is outfitted with only the basic tools and a limited supply of glasses, knifes, etc. It was fine just basic. • Owner Joe, was very nice to deal with in all matters. • Lastly, Joe required us to wire the full amount of the rental to him before we arrived. We were a little nervous doing that but you shouldn’t be. He is totally legit."
