  • Perfect Vacation

"We stayed here for a week. Perfect location easy to walk into town, water rentals(like paddle boards) the restaurants. We took the Belize water taxi over and it was only around a 10 minute walk from the docks. The condo has everything you need. It is clean, well furnished, and the beds very comfortable. The view is also amazing! We enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning. We used the pool everyday and it was very clean and peaceful. The complex is small so it never felt crowded. We rented golf carts from the grocery story behind the complex and explored the north side of the island. However, you do not need to rent cart all week just a day or two you want to go north or further south. We snorkeled every day and saw stingray, fish, and crabs! We also so a crocodile in the lagoon right over the bridge. It was the perfect way to feel on vacation but also enjoy some of the local culture. We would stay here every time!"

  • Fabulous Place

"This is a terrific villa, especially for a large group. Our family of 11 (3 generations represented) found the accommodations to be very well-maintained, clean, spacious, well-situated close to town, but not too close. The hill-top site affords spectacular views, and pleasant tropical breezes. The property is nicely landscaped with a variety of tropical plants, shrubs and trees. We all enjoyed the pool, especially the grandchildren. The two kitchens were very well appointed for preparing your own meals. The owner's representative was prompt, friendly, and attentive in responding to our queries. The customer service was excellent. Among our extensive travels in the Caribbean, Vieques offers some of the most attractive, clean, uncluttered beaches we have ever seen. The people of the island are friendly, courteous and helpful. While we did almost all of our cooking on site, the two towns on the island offer a variety of restaurants. We enjoyed the fish market, the bakeries, and especially the farmers market. There's plenty to do on Vieques, and it's perfect just for relaxing. Either way, you won't be disappointed. I offer my highest recommendation for Casa de Luz, for a memorable time on Vieques."

  • Fabulous beach vacation home

"Loved the "vibe" at Happy Our - tropical, happy, spacious, comfortable, relaxing! We really enjoyed listening to music through the stereo's outdoor speakers on the balcony. In the morning we saw humming birds and an iguana in the trees. The outdoor showers are delightful. A cactus was blooming at night right next to the shower. The view itself is worth the trip. The pool area is it's own oasis. The beach chairs were so nice to have. Everything was very well maintained. The only minor complaint would be to have more Tupperware type of containers in the kitchen for leftovers and picnics to the beach. We had a wonderful stay at Happy Our. Hope to be back soon!"

  • Beautiful island home

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Bonefish Cottage. It was perfect for long morning walks along the Atlantic Ocean, close to many beaches and the accommodations were perfect. The covered veranda was perfect for the rainy days we had - we could still sit outside and enjoy the tropical air (and not the raindrops). The kitchen was well equipped and the house was clean."
