  • Wonderful vacation!

"Our group of 3 couples and one single just returned from our 10-day vacation on St. John. Sinbad welcomed us at the ferry, escorted us to the house and gave us a complete tour. Each of the 4 BR's has its own private entrance, bath with shower, a/c as well as a private decks with seating to enjoy the exceptional views. The communal area has a full kitchen, large dining table for 8, TV, fast wifi, bar, and ceiling fans. The large main deck has a very nice gas grill, more outdoor seating and another dining table. The pool was cool with plenty of seating to nap or sunbathe. There are so many extras provided by the host. Coolers, beach chairs, towels, pool floats, and ample recommendations for activities. Most activities are about 10-15 minutes away by car. Taxis are no problem. Private chefs and cleaning services are available. The water is filtered and tastes great. The bedrooms have reading lamps and plenty of closet space. There is ambient lighting by the pool and in the main living area. We loved watching the many iguana's, gecko's and birds that frequent the property. The property is lovely, great location up on the hill to catch the breezes and enjoy the views, the owner could not have been more helpful and Sinbad is a phone call away although we had no reason to call."

  • Thee Most Amazing Honeymoon Spot Ever !!!

"Just got done with our amazing honeymoon in TCI and stayed at the Alexandra unit#3209, and absolutely loved it. The condo is located on beautiful Grace Bay where the water actually looks like a postcard, just beautiful. The unit is exactly as described if not better. The unit is kept extremely clean and well maintained. We were so happy to have our own kitchen with everything needed to make ourselves a relaxing breakfast to enjoy on the balcony, but also came in handy when we needed late night snacks <OutlookEmoji-😊.png> We loved the fact there were 2 bathrooms, which was very useful after a long day at the beach to get ready for the evening. The resort itself was very well maintained and everyone from the front desk, to bartenders, to pool towel holders were extremely nice and welcoming. Our "beach butlers" were above and beyond. Joshue, Charnel, and Alrick were fantastic! They always came out with a smile and options of what we could do for the day, snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking, bike rentals, etc. And very handy with a bottle of cold water, right before you thought you might die of heat <OutlookEmoji-😊.png> We borrowed the bikes from the TCI VIP club just about everyday and went all over the island. It is a very short ride to downtown shopping and restaurants, great way to get around. We were a little nervous about renting from a unit owner rather than directly through the resort, but it was the right choice ALL THE WAY. Elen was fantastic with communication from start to finish, and getting the resort ready for our arrival. Everything was seamless. We would do it again in a heartbeat and are already missing the warm clear water and warm beach breezes. Thanks again!! Vicky"

  • Great location for an Exumas adventure

"We had a great time in the Exumas and the duplex was a great place to stay for us. We rented both sides of the duplex and were very comfortable staying there. The amenities are as advertised and the beauty of the Exumas is amazing. The property itself is a bit weathered, but overall clean. Most of our time was spent on or at the water. Henry was great to work with and helped set up the private plane from Nassau to Black Point and back. He also met us at the Nassau airport the first day and gave us a tour of Nassau and took us shopping for groceries (highly recommended to do in Nassau) - above and beyond any other property owner I've worked with in the past. Every night Santos would stop by the house to check in and see if anything was needed. We rented a small boat to explore the Cays and went out almost everyday exploring. Black Point is a great launching place to do this, as the moorings and public dock are accessible and everyone in Black Point is super friendly and helpful with anything you need. Black Point itself is laid back and simple with Lorraine's, Deshemond's, and Scorpio's as the main places to grab lunch or dinner and a few grocery stores (with limited stock) should you run out of something. We found ourselves up at Stainel Cay Yacht Club for a couple meals as well during our stay, but the easy going style of Black Point suited us great for a place to be based out of and we are already discussing going back next year. As the Bahamian immigration officer said when we told him we were going to the Exumas - "OK, I'll see you again next year""

  • Beyond Anything

"I rented this place so my fiancee and I could get engaged ( its our second time around so we spent money on getting engaged instead of a wedding). Long story short this place is beyond amazing. By the third day we came back early and spend the afternoons and sunsets on top of west side of the island with views from the pool looking down both ways on the west side...simply breathtaking!! The main house is so NICE inside and the kitchen is to die for if you cook...everything imaginable you need to fix a meal of any type. The bedrooms are nice sized, beds soft and bathrooms with walk in showers. The grounds very well taken care of and thoughtfully laid out esp the pool having the views of the entire west coast line. The drive up to this place is better suited for a jeep but once u get there... Already planning a return trip next year to bring our kids ( college age) to enjoy this. Words dont do this place and the views justice but I tried!!"
