  • Great place to get away from it all!

"Sealofts37 was a great place to get away for a very relaxing time. The place is comfortable and accurately depicted by the owner. Sue is very responsive to any and all queries. Her recommendations were on point and we loved them all! We especially loved hanging out at Shipwreck on Sunday. Great food ( Fish Tacos, to die for! and Cheesy Fries...yum!) and live band on Sunday afternoon. One of the things that I really liked was the close proximity to Rituals Coffee Shop ( ate there almost every morning), various restaurants and the grocery store all within a quick 2-3 min walk. The pool was right outside the condo and we enjoyed it every afternoon when we got back from our various adventures. Great place and thank you!!!"

  • Well-equipped unit, relaxing vacation spot

"We stayed at this condo for two weeks immediately after spending a week at a timeshare resort. We had a rental car (parking directly adjacent) but could have done without as the taxi stand is almost in front of the complex and all excursions pick up a very short walk away. A grocery store and several restaurants are close by as well, and the Timothy Bay (Caribbean) beach and bars are also within walking distance. The property fronts on the Atlantic for those who enjoy sunrises and watching the waves. The complex has a lovely pool, and this unit has the closest access. It was nice to have the unit's first-floor bathroom easily accessible from poolside. Furnishings were comfortable, the air conditioning and fans always worked, and the kitchen was perhaps the best equipped we've experienced in a rental. Communication with the owner was easy; and the office manager, cleaning staff, and grounds crew were friendly and kept everything in good repair. We usually go somewhere different every winter, but should we head back to St. Kitts in the future, this is the first property we'd check."

  • A Wonderful Relaxing Week

"Our family, four adults, spent a special week at Villa Alamandra, December 10-17, 2016. It was great to be in St. Kitts while the temperatures back home were below freezing. We read several books, played games, went to the beach and dined out often. On St. Kitts we went to Rituals for coffee, smoothies, and breakfast. Our best dinner was at Serendipity. We also had two good diners at the Spice Mill. We had lunch at Reggae Beach Bar several times. Their fish sandwich was really good. The villa was spacious and well equipped. We used the rental car available from the onsite manager. He met us at the airport and lead us to get a St. Kitts driver’s license and to the villa. That was very helpful. The view from the veranda was amazing, we looked directly at Nevis. Much of our time was spent on the veranda. We had a nice breeze off of the water the entire time we were there. The sunrises were spectacular and made getting up early worthwhile. We walked to beach from the villa several days. It took 10 to 15 minutes. The beach was nice and it was on the Caribbean side of the island so the water was claim. There were plenty of umbrellas and chairs to rent. We rented paddleboards one afternoon and gave that a try. We visited Fort Brimstone and enjoyed an afternoon there. We also drove around the entire island and stopped at several places to view old churches, plantation manors and the ocean . The St. Kitts Road Map & Guide was very helpful and available free in lots of shops and restaurants. We went to Nevis one day. We decided to take a power boat from Reggae Beach to Oualie Beach on Nevis. The cost was $150 round trip for the 4 of us. It was worth it. The power boat took 5 minutes to cross the 2.5 mile distance between Reggae Beach and Nevis and they were available when upon request. The company that operated the power boat arranged for a taxi on Nevis since they do not land in town. The taxi driver met us at the beach and we used the taxi for 3 hours. It cost $60 and we gave the driver a tip. On Nevis, we really enjoyed the Botanical Garden there and the Thai restaurant, Oasis, in the center of the garden. Oasis was a great place for drinks and lunch."

  • Love Love Love

"I wish I was there now!!! We LOVED the cottage and the beautiful view and how quiet it is! We only had a few visitors... and most were monkeys! I think this was the most relaxing trip we have ever been on and we travel a lot. The decor in the cottage is terrific.. 100% my taste. The view from the bed is amazing! The host are wonderful and answered the many questions I had! I hope to be back one day!!"
