  • Seagrass is a perfect home from home.

"The location is brilliant; just a short walk to the beautiful Dover Beach, and close enough to the bars and clubs in St Lawrence Gap to be convenient, but far enough to be away from the noise and bustle. The house has everything you could possibly need, and is extremely comfortable. For 6 adults, it was a real plus to have 3 bathrooms. The convenience store on the corner of the road is useful, along with the atm just around the corner. We also made use of the car hire firm and trip booking office which are within a couple of minutes walk. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others, and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose."

  • Perfect in every way!!!

"The best vacation ever according to the kids and we completely agree. Grande Bay in Cruz Bay has wonderful views and easy walking distance to dining and shopping. Cruz Bay is the perfect launching point to beaches and bays all across the island. The accommodations were perfect for our family of four. Rent a jeep on the property and enjoy the adventures and memories that we are sure to repeat again!"

  • Ideal setting

"My husband and I stayed at Cinnamon Day Dreams for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the house. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, but thankfully we didn't use the kitchen except to make coffee. St. John has so many great restaurants, and because of it's great location we went to Cruz Bay and Coral Bay for dinner every night. We did bring in dinner from Sam and Jack's Deli after a spending the day on Jost Van Dyke. Just watched HGTV's Island Life last night and the show was about ST. John, the couple buying property turned out to be Sam and Jack! Back to the house, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday, so nice to have the float. Didn't really use the living area because we spent our time outside on the porch or by the pool. Great view of Tortola! Master bedroom is very spacious with lots of closet space. Bed very comfy. Master bath very nice. The guest room is very nice as well and the bath. So nice to have 2 windows in the shower. We appreciated the fact that part of the road is being paved, makes getting to the North shore beaches so much easier. Thank you, Michelle and Frank for sharing your lovely island home! Lynette"

  • A perfect Christmas 2015

"We absolutely loved The Banyan Cottage! We were looking for an affordable house on HI and we loved this cedar, no frills cottage! My husband, 2 college aged daughters, and I couldn't have picked a better place for the price. Alexis, the house manager, answered all of our questions. The internet stopped working and she came over with a new router. Harbour Island is beautiful and the sand is actually pink. The first night we went to Ramora Bay and listened to calypso music and then ate at Aquapazza. It was so good and a beautiful setting! We ate at The Rock House for dinner one night and it was delicious. We also ate at Valentines which has an excellent view of the sunset and more affordable. We ate at Ma Ruby's twice and enjoyed meeting Dr. Lee and Ma Ruby! We also enjoyed the Cheeseburger in Paradise! Tiki Hut was fun if you like loud music. We had lunch at Sip Sip and The Blue Bar and it was expensive, but good. The Lobster Quesadilla at Sip Sip is excellent & basically fed all of us! We also ate down on Bay Street near the docks several times. Loved The Queen Conch- the conch salad is awesome as well as fried conch and fried lobster! The night life was pretty dismal Christmas week, but we heard the week after Christmas is hopping! We rented bikes, golf cart, and a boat one day from Michael's and we were very happy! Michael greeted us the day we arrived and escorted us to our cottage! One thing to know, the cottage did not have chairs, umbrella, or snorkeling gear. We were lucky because we had family that rented another house on the island that had plenty of chairs and their beach was right next to The Dunmore. Everything on Harbour Island, for the most part, is expensive. When you're packing, throw in coffee, cereal & snacks- you'll be glad you did! A case of beer is 50 bucks. Liquor is not bad- we found a liquor store on Bay Street that had great prices on wine! We had an excellent week in Harbour Island!"
