  • A perfect place to enjoy Tobago's charms

"Parrot Estate Villa was the quiet, spacious house it looks in the photos! It's great for couples, friends or families that want to experience the "non all inclusive " delights of laid back Tobago. We enjoyed the local restaurants (think casual wooden shack for the most part!), untouristy beaches and just hanging out swimming and bbqing at the house. If you want to be surrounded by other people and don't like being surrounded by nature - then this is not the place for you! Would definitely recommend renting Jason's jeep - he's a mine of information and really helpful! We'd definitely like to return"

  • 4 Blissful days....

"The 2 bedroom unit is strategically located, very clean, comfortable and private. Pics seen on the website are exactly representative of the premises. Communicating with the owner was an absolute breeze and even more refreshing was his offer to meet us at the airport to direct us to the condo. FANTASTIC location as it is on the strip surrounded by restaurants, bars, pharmacy and ATM machines and is in close proximity to the airport and major beaches, so a vehicle isn't absolutely necessary. A quick walk through to get familiar with the place and surprise, surprise - there were drinks in the fridge and snacks on the counter as a welcome token. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to friends or family! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...only regret was that it was too short! Thanking the Heden's for raising the bar in the area of customer care...truly great people!"

  • Scenic & calming. Natural & luxurious at same time

"Even though this was our 3rd stay at Ohana in 1 1/2 years, the magic of this place did not wane one bit. There is no other villa of its kind in Trinidad or Tobago, & possibly the Caribbean. It's definitely built to optimise on what the location has to offer. It's perched on a cliff, allowing for gorgeous views that you can enjoy from almost any spot. It's also quite cool & breezy. There are many overhead fans if it's still too warm for some. In addition to the sea views, the 4 rooms variously look out onto a large koi pond & 2 infinity pools (1 deep, 1 shallow), and a charming courtyard. You can sit in the shallow & and take in a nice drink & the sunset. It's clear that alot of love is poured into the care of the villa and its grounds. Everything is as advertised: air conditioning in rooms, bathtub in the master, washer, dryer, fridge, stove/oven, micro, heated water, 1 tv, wifi etc.Upon your arrival, you're treated to a lovely welcome package of various eats and drinks, including some nice wine and beer. Rena, the head housekeeper, is a very warm and affable lady & checks in once a day to make sure you're comfortable, & to have the rooms cleaned & toiletries replenished. Other than that, she is always only a phonecall away if you need assistance. There are so many unique and special touches to this villa that make it an experience and not just a stay - outdoor shower, smaller courtyard for reading or games (there are LOTS of books & magazines if you so decide), fruit trees on the grounds... You won't want to leave but if you do decide to go out & about, there are restaurants & beaches nearby, including a lovely private beach that is accessible via stairs from the property. It's also a gorgeous & increasingly popular choice for an intimate wedding...I had my reception here as well! Makes for breath-taking photos & a very relaxing honeymoon. Just google Ohana villa and you'd see images of the destination weddings held there. The owner of the villa is also a real pleasure to deal with, whether you're just staying or having an event there. You won't regret this stay. 3 stays there & I still got teary-eyed when it was time to leave. This place is truly a gem."
