  • Great Experience at Bella Sur Mer

"This villa was just perfect space-wise for our two families (3 couples, 2 teenagers). The landscaping is very lush with lots of colorful flowers, and the pool area is fantastic, perfect for hanging out especially at night. The views of the water from the house are stunningly beautiful, and it was a very short walk down to the beach. Smith's Reef is directly in front of the house and extends to both sides, so we were able to easily snorkel whenever we wanted. The inside of the house is very pretty and clean, with two bedrooms upstairs and two below, and everything we needed such as towels, kitchen items, even bug spray and sunscreens were provided. The caretaker Cari met us at the house upon arrival, made sure we were oriented and settled in, called to check on us part-way through, and did some light cleaning one morning. Turtle Cove Marina is a five-minute walk, with restaurants Sharkbites, Tiki Hut, and Mango Reef (the best). While the villa is a little distance from the resorts and other eating places, all were within a short drive, and a well-stocked IGA grocery store is less than a mile away. We really enjoyed our shopping at the Saltmills and Regent Village. We had a wonderful half-day private snorkeling tour with Island Vibes, and they arranged a spur-of-the-moment parasailing experience for us that same afternoon. Back to the villa: unfortunately only the bedrooms have air conditioning, and the main areas during the middle of the day became unbearably hot (we were there the end of July, which of course is the off-season with higher temperatures). A posting from the owner says there are plans to install AC there soon. It's truly a wonderful villa with a great location, and with more AC added, we would definitely consider coming back!"

  • Amazing vacation house

"I cannot say enough enough this beautiful property, it's owners and property managers. Booking the house with Margaret was awesome. She was so great to work with and very helpful with answering all of our questions. Upon arrival at the house Julian one of the property managers was there to greet us and was quite helpful In explaining everything. We found the house and property to be immaculate with any amenities you could possibly want. The snacks, fruit and Turks head beer were a nice treat since we arrived on a Sunday. Over our 10 day stay we enjoyed the pool, cabana, beach and sun porch immensely. Taylor Bay is amazing and the people on the island are as friendly as anywhere we have been. The breezed through the house kept it cool enough that we did not need the AC at all. During the week there was. Medical emergency on the beach ( wasn't anyone in our group)requiring an ambulance to come. Julian received a call that an ambulance was in the neighborhood and within minutes was calling the house to make sure we were all ok. That is the type of attention and service you receive throughout the rental process and your visit in this house. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away from the busy Grace Bay and relax in paradise. You could not ask for more than this beautiful property has to offer."

  • You will not find better, especially for this price

"My fiancé and I are on what we refer to as the "Five-year plan" for Turks - we first stayed at a Royal West Indies studio in 2006, when we met Andy Clarke, owner of the Calabash Suite, Suite 125. We returned and stayed in the Calabash Suite in 2011 and just returned last night from our second stay at the Calabash. Andy is a gracious host who helped us with a problem we experienced on our arrival, then followed up with us later in the week. He had redone the suite since our last visit in 2011 and it is an absolutely beautiful condo, located in the prime part of Grace Bay, with beautiful sunset views and very close to the ocean. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a peaceful, quiet and safe experience in Grace Bay, Providenciales. You won't go wrong. The suite is very well equipped and furnished. It lacks nothing. Thanks, Andy for another memorable experience at Turks & Caicos. I would give your place six stars if it were possible."

  • Best Place To stay In Grace Bay

"We did a LOT of research on places to stay in the Turk’s and Caicos Islands before deciding on Bob’s 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit. It sounded too good to be true; the price was great, the location was amazing, and all the reviews made it sound perfect. After spending the week there, we can confirm, it’s the real thing. This condo has to be the best deal on the island! I’m not one to notice things like ceiling, but as soon as I walked in I was like OMG, look at that ceiling! I’ll say right now everything was in tip top condition from the ceiling to floor, balcony to bedroom. Here is list of things we liked most: 1) Condo is on the 3rd floor and we felt very safe. Access was limited to the main door. 2) We never really needed to use the AC. The windows have no glass, and let in a wonderful breeze. The windows have wooden blinds that can be shut if you want to run the AC. 3) The Ocean Club resort itself is impressive. It has a great dining area, multiple pools, and very easy access to the beach. 4) Grace bay beach is everything it’s cracked up to be. The resort is located at what must be one of the best sports. Head South and you can find lots of excitement and action near Club Med. Head North and you and you will come to a practically deserted part of grace bay with no development. 5) The value of this condo cannot be beat. It’s worth every penny and there are no hidden charges. The little extras like a complimentary cell phone, washer dryer, etc , really make the difference. The unit’s proximity to the beach (maybe a 2 minute walk) is unbeatable. 6) Bob was great to deal with, answered all our questions and was VERY responsive. This was our first time to use VBRO, and reserving/paying for the unit was a breeze. If you are looking for a great place to stay on Grace Bay, look no further. Next time we visit TCI, we know where we will stay."
