  • Wonderful trip!

"We brought our son on this trip as a surprise gift for high school graduation. We had a wonderful time. The home was ample in size - it had everything we needed. We ran the air conditioning at a modest average about 83 degrees, which actually was quite comfortable and didn't cost us a fortune. The beaches were beautiful and clean - every beach we visited. We did two trips with Big Blue, which we would highly recommend. They were professional and we really enjoyed ourselves. Scott and Dana were accommodating, but not intrusive whatsoever. We would come again - we would stay here again - we would recommend to family and friends."

  • Everything Needed is Here

"My wife and I rented this unit from Anton for the first week in January 2017. This was our first time to Grace Bay. The Ocean club is a little further away from the "hub" but with the shuttle to OCW we did not rent a car and had no problem getting around. We did stop on the way from the airport for supplies and did not need to really go back to the "hub" but to have a few dinners, etc. Working with Anton was a pleasure and did not have any issues with the unit or the rental process. We wired our funds as per his instructions (had to go through a US bank first but once that was figured out by my bank it was fine) and even though I was a bit nervous about wiring the funds Anton notified us a couple of days later that the funds had been received. Like I said in the review title, everything is here, the beach, peace and quiet, and Grace Bay. The palm trees have grown a bit from the photos but you can see the water. It is a trade off as the further back, less noise, at least while we were there. There are a couple of restaurants on site, the Cabana Club (Pool area) and Opus (finer dining), both were good. They also have a small store if you forget anything or don't feel like going to town. A few other items of note, there are the gas grills to cook on out by the pool, the chairs and umbrellas on the beach, towels on the pool deck. If you need to ask any questions I had good luck talking to the men out front, Ervine, Sysco and Louis. They helped me get the supplies to the 3rd floor, set up taxis when needed, drove the shuttles, knowledge of the area, etc.. Looking forward to returning to Grace Bay as soon as possible. Thank you for everything Anton."

  • Paradise

"Our first trip to Turks and Caicos. Absoulutely gorgeous! The pictures are very true to the view you will enjoy each morning. Very clean, friendly and very accomodating with every need you may encounter. We never had any problems finding beach chairs or umbrella's at either the beach or the pool. Mel helped us arrange a nice fishing trip and the staff suggested a trip to Taylor beach (highly suggest visiting) we took our lunch and some chairs in which they helped us gather. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff even housekeeping was very friendly and gave us suggestions. Not a big night life area in which we loved. It is expensive to eat out but we did venture out to Hemmingways and enjoyed a great evening and meal. A very relaxing vacation but not a lot for teens. My family and I enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to going back and will request this villa."

  • Well-Appointed Villa Close to the Beach

"We loved this house! It accommodated three adult couples and two children perfectly. The open-layout of the upstairs living area meant we always had plenty of room to cook, eat and converse, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and the washer/dryer worked fine despite being a bit older. Perhaps the best aspect of the place was the location. It was literally ten minutes to walk from door until you were snorkeling among fish, rays, and turtles in the nearby reef. Proximity to the Windsong resort made for convenient dining and spa services. For those happy to walk, there are multiple restaurants within a one-mile radius, and it’s less than two miles from the weekly fish fry at Children’s Park, the grocery store, and additional resort restaurants. Also, the management company was very responsive to our questions and the inevitable little things that came up during our stay. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone, especially larger groups interested in cooking some of their own meals."
