  • fabulous vacation home on incredible Beach

"This beautiful home is beachfront home is Paradise on one of the world's most beautiful beaches. The infinity pool and tropical Landscaping merge with the multiple blue hues of the crystal clear ocean. Home is fully appointed with luxury amenities. I'm a VRBO vacation home owner myself and highly recommend this home for vacationing families or individuals."

  • What a Beach! What a Complex! What a Condo!

"This was an 8 night honeymoon stay for us. The beach in front of the Coral Gardens is by far one of the best beaches anywhere. The beach attendants were great to have and very friendly. The beach was never crowded. The snorkeling was amazing with the reef right in front of the Coral Gardens. Nancy's unit was very comfortable and decorated very nicely. Nancy decorated the unit with many of the pieces of art that is found at many of the vendors and shops on the island. Well done Nancy! Our stay was amazing in spite of 2 days of rain and a few showers. The Somewhere Café was really fun and we had a blast the times we went there. The staff at the Somewhere Café was great. Always a fun time. Thursday night fish fry was a short walk down the beach from the Coral Gardens, but a bit disappointing....but still fun and worth the walk IMO. Bugaloo's and the Conche Shack were two of our favorite places to stop for lunch or dinner. Due yourself a favor and go find those other beaches on the island, there are many. Taylor Bay which is hard to find is one of those beaches (besides grace bay beach) that you only see in movies. The beach is probably 2-3 miles long and there were only maybe 10 people on the whole beach. You can walk probably 400-500 yards and still only be in chest high water. What a treat. Another highlight of our trip was stopping at Mama's gift shop. There are two mama's there. Mama #1 and Mama #2....both women were so funny and so much fun. We went there on one of the rainy days and we are sure glad we did. Best gift shop on the island IMO. Don't be fooled by other properties. Coral Gardens and Nancy's unit is the place to stay. Nancy, Thank you so much for sharing your 2nd home with us."

  • Great place to stay on Grace Bay!

"This was our 2nd visit to Turks & Caicos. The first time we stayed at the Regent Palms (now just the Palms) and this time we opted to take advantage of a condo style rental. Unit 501 at the Villa Renaissance was fantastic! Villa Renaissance is the perfect size community, not too big and not too small. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, the pool was the perfect size and everyone we encountered was pleasant, from the guest services to the other residents. The unit itself was clean, roomy and well equipped. It literally has everything you'll need for your stay, except for groceries if you want them. It was truly more than I expected. The patio was the perfect quiet nook for us to have breakfast or spend some quiet time responded to emails, etc... but really, you shouldn't be doing that on vacation anyway. :) The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. There's any emergency cell phone with 10 prepaid minutes, plus a regular dial out phone... There's laundry detergent and the bathroom had plenty of lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soap. They supplied tennis racquets/balls and even bug spray. We would definitely stay here again."

  • Great Condo in a Great Resort and Location

"We just got home from a week in TCI and everything, including this condo, was perfect. We were amazed at how everything we needed was squeezed into this compact unit. Steps from a beautiful pool and just a little further to the beach. It's also an easy walk to the Ocean Club West and the stores (including the new, big grocery store) and restaurants in that area. The staff at the resort were consistently very helpful and friendly. We ate at the Ocean Club's Opus restaurant the first night and several times at the grill by the beach. Both were very good, although like everything in T & C, very expensive. The food next door at Ricky's Flamingo Cafe was very good too. You can buy a thermal bag at the grocery store and the bellman will fill it with ice so you can take your own drinks to the beach. Nothing negative to say, we'll book this condo again when we return."
