  • Words Can't Describe How Wonderful

"Our first trip to Grace Bay and it won't be our last! This condo is in the perfect spot on the perfect beach. The condo is well equipped, nicely decorated and very comfortable. You cannot get any closer to the beach. The pictures do not do it justice. The staff at Villa Renaissance is friendly and very helpful. There is no need for a car. Plenty of restaurants (The Vix was our favorite) and the grocery store are all in walking distance, and the excursions will pick you up on the beach or in the Villa's lobby. We highly recommend Villa Renaissance, and unit 105 is outstanding. We will definitely be back!"

  • Worth every penny!

"This is our second time to Provo and our second time at this Villa. We have had a chance to really tour the island and look at properties and we wouldn't stay anywhere else! This property is centered right in the middle of Sapodilla so the view is absolutely amazing! Also the way the house is built you get a wonderful breeze flowing through the home (being from an island myself that is my favorite part). The property is large so you get a good part of the beach to yourself and even though the beach has public access it is never crowded. Most people using the public access go towards the end of the beach not the middle. We used Silly Creek Watersports and love them. They pick you up right on Sapodilla in front of the house:) Restaurant Las Brisas is just a 5 min walk away. Several nights we picked up dinner and brought it back to the house to eat while we watched the sunset. The house has everything you can possibly need. Property managers are close by and always available should you need anything. Beds are extremely comfy, sheets are sooo soft....truly can't ask for much more! We plan on coming back every summer. It will never get old for us:) Thanks Sheree!!!"

  • Peace and Quiet

"Peace and quiet are words to describe Columbus Cottage. Our stay here was just wonderful! Although very close to everything Grace Bay has to offer, we felt like we were in our own world. Columbus House itself was quite unique, comfortable, and cozy, and had everything we needed. Loved the screened-in wrap around porch and the shutters gave a very Caribbean feel to the house. A quick 2 minute drive to the lovely beach, where you could walk in either direction for miles and miles, seeing very few people. When not beaching it, the pool was fantastic, offering total privacy, and the lounge chairs were nice. We especially liked the more laid back beach restaurants along Grace Bay, although we ate some dinners in, which we also enjoyed. From the beginning, owner Jane made sure our stay was a good one, and property manager, Betty, met us at the airport to guide us to Columbus Cottage when we arrived. We knew we could contact her if any problems arose, which didn't. It was about a 20 minute drive. We did rent a car during our stay, which made it convenient to get around to see the island and just go back and forth into Grace Bay. We would definitely recommend doing that. The Gourmet Market was a five minute drive and had a good selection of things we would find back home. We also went to IGA on the main highway a little farther away, but their selection was not much different than Gourmet Market. There is a local pharmacy near the Gourmet Market, as well, if you happen to need anything. Regarding mosquitoes and other bugs, there were hardly any, so bug spray went unused. All in all, our stay at Columbus House far exceeded our expectations and it would be the only place we would stay if we returned to Providenciales."
