  • Atlantic Ocean Beach - Hibiscus Villa

"We were VERY happy with our stay (and very sad to leave). As the pictures showed, it was exactly what we got. It was a home away from home. The ground staff was very helpful and kind, waving as we walked by, Sarah had stopped by and we met her and she is a very nice person. The beach was awesome, not crowed and the snorkeling was fantastic to say the least. The Villa offered front parking and was in a quiet area. Thank you Sarah and Chris for giving us the opportunity to stay in your Villa. We have already recommended your Villa to several people we know already. We hope to come back again soon!"

  • Perfect! Excellent location and value!

"My family of four--two girls ages 18 and 19--and my husband and I stayed here for 10 nights in May 2016. We have nothing but great things to say about the owners and their property at Grace Bay. Before we went I was worried about not being an official part of the Ocean Club West resort, but I worried for nothing. The condo is literally an extra 2 minute walk from the resort buildings, at a fraction of the cost, and you get to utilize all the resort amenities. Practical things that make the condo stand out: It is bigger than the pictures show. It has two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. They have more than enough towels-not only bath towels but their own beach towels to use in the condo. They provide travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, as well as liquid soap at all sinks and bar soap for the showers. The kitchen has everything you'll need. We ate out just twice to save on expenses and we lacked nothing of what we needed to cook. They have just two kitchen towels, but we used the beach towels so it was no problem. They gave us a brand new dish scrubber(in the package) so no sharing other people's bacteria! There was more than enough dish soap and dish detergent for the dishwasher. They had the blue icy things to put in coolers to take to the beach, as well as a couple coolers. Also ice cube trays. They had 6 noodles and 3 long floaties for the pool or ocean. I saw sand toys as well. Nice to have laundry right there, and they had a starter pack of soap. I brought Pods along which worked perfect! There's a cell phone to use, as well as a safe. The mid-week cleaning was nice. BIG deck, big doors to the deck. Air conditioning worked great. They had a lot of DVD's, and books to read. Nice tv. Wi Fi was extremely intermittent, but didn't bother us. Things about the resort: They had coolers of water by the ocean and by the tennis court that we could use to fill our water bottles we brought from home. They provide towels, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. They have 3 paddle boards and several kayaks to use free of charge. The location is adjacent to the "hub" of Provo, with grocery store, shops, restaurants all within walking distance. The only suggestions would be to have a full length mirror outside of the bathrooms, as well as a bright bulb for reading light. We will go back in a couple years and will definitely stay at this condo again! Shahab (the owner) is very responsive and helpful!"

  • Return to paradise!

"Our family of 8 plus a 9 month old, stayed here for 1 glorious week. Pictures are exactly as we found the property. Lots of room inside and even more around the pool. Everyone could gather poolside comfortably, whether you wanted sun or shade. Hammock got good use, however the porch swing no longer exists. The area is secluded with almost no boats or people. Pure relaxation. We did run the air at night in the bedrooms to help with high humidity,. The extra charge at the end of the week was $70. The main house remained cool without airconditioners running. We cooked breakfasts and a couple dinners, and the kitchen is well equipped for large meal prep. Also multiple tables to surround for meals, inside and out. The detached bedroom suite was perfect for the couple with the 9 month old. (Bring your baby monitor) because it was quiet and away from noise in the house or around the pool. You will need to rent a car, or in our case, a van. They drive on the left and our van actually had the driver seated on the right. The road to the house is very rough, and requires a slower pace, but you soon adjust to just taking it easy. Graceway market is an easy drive for supplies. It's more expensive than the states, but well stocked with everything you need. One draw back I think is that the water in the house is not drinkable, so you must buy gallons and gallons of water for everything from making coffee & ice tea to making baby bottles. I think the owners would/could help this situation by buying a water dispenser and large water bottles. We had a dozen gallon jugs, full and empty laying around most of the time. The owner has beach chairs, umbrellas and a few other beach items for guests use, which was nice. We did have to buy a small cooler for the beach days. TV provided all the channels we are used to, but picture quality not so hot. We only watched tv to see a couple NCAA games. We did go to the Thursday night festival at the national park. Lots of food, vendors and music. Worth the trip. This was our 3rd trip to Turks and Caicos and 3rd house we've rented. We love being away from the big resorts and tons of people. This is cheaper in the long run and so much more enjoyable. This house and its location made it a winner for our family. Activities are easy to arrange if you want to do them, but the house is a great way to spread out, relax, cook and enjoy the peaceful view outside every door and window. The pictures don't lie. This is a beautiful property!!!!"
