"This was our first time to this beautiful island. This condo has such a great view of the turquoise ocean. The condo was immaculate; bedroom was quiet and we got excellent rest. We cooked most meals in the well-stocked kitchen and ate on the balcony. Somewhere Cafe was a super alternative for eating out and a daily afternoon cocktail at their casual beach restaurant .The weather was phenomenal for the 11 days we were there. It's a short taxi drive to grocery stores. We had loads of fun on our 1/2 day snorkel excursion with Caicos Dream Tours. In fact, everybody we dealt with on this island was genuinely friendly and upbeat. Their smiles are contagious."

  • Small, quaint and everything you need

"We are a family of 4 and stayed in the 2BR/2BA - this place was perfect. Door to beach was about a 4 minute walk, the people on property were very helpful, the accommodations were very comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Being at the center of Grace Bay, you are not far from anything on the island. We rented a Jeep and had fun driving around the island so we could see everything. A stray kitten adopted us for the week and we really enjoyed having her around (the milk and food we provided kept her very close :) )! Thanks for a great vacation!!"

"really nice place. had everything we needed. although the place had a traditional indoor shower we all wound up using the outdoor shower, as we enjoyed showering while looking at bougainvillea flowers and palm trees. the walk to the beach is minimal(300-400 yards),and no worse than staying in the back of a wide beachfront complex. it was nice to have the snorkeling equipment that came with the place, as that stuff is bulky and heavy to bring on the plane. although you can do ok not having a car, we suggest renting one, because the best restaurants we found were not in walking distance. that being said, there are plenty of restaurants you can walk to. beach is beautiful, and you can walk for miles. it looks a lot like 7 mile beach in grand cayman. we highly recommend the apartment and the location."

"This is simply the best unit on the island. Everything is perfect. Had a great time just walking out your door and being on the beach. All the great places to eat are within walking distance and even the market is within walking distance. Highly recommend this place. We will be back. Thanks so much Andrew!!!"
