  • Loved the location

"Joe's condo is in a great location in Turtle Cove, a low-key area with easy access to everything on Providenciales. The condo itself is very clean and well-equipped, and as others have said it has everything you need for an easy/relaxing vacation. The Queen Angel is a bit older but is well-kept and the landscaping is beautifully done and lush. The condo development has mostly local residents vs tourists (you can tell by the lack of rental cars in the parking lot), so you'll occasionally hear a baby crying but otherwise it's very quiet and low key. We really wanted to avoid crowds of tourists so this was the ideal place for us. Within walking distance you have 2 good restaurants (Mango Reef, Tiki Hut), charter fishing and scuba outfitters and more. The Green Bean is the only place to go for coffee/breakfast, and frankly I would avoid it: dirty, bad/slow service and weak "Starbucks" coffee. We brought Sbux instant coffee with us from home and stocked up at the gourmet IGA so we could have breakfast on the condo's patio next to the pool. Much better! As other reviewers did, we rented a car from Scooter Bob across the street from the condo. The cars are pretty beaten up but they work, and when we encountered a problem they gave us a different car with no hassle and no questions asked. A car is an absolute necessity, and we really enjoyed exploring every corner of the island and checking out the different beaches and neighborhoods. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and would definitely stay at Joe's condo when we come back."

  • Best Vacation Ever!

"Sadly, my family and I just returned home from an awesome week at TCI (Turks and Caicos Islands). We did not want to leave. Thank you to Andrew for allowing us to have a wonderful vacation in his awesome suite. He was so always very helpful, quickly answered questions, and even called the suite the day we arrived to ensure we arrived safely. The suite was very clean (Elaine provided a great mid week cleaning as well), well-equipped with kitchen supplies, movies, CDs, books, games, some beach equipment, etc. The suite and the view were even more beautiful than the pictures and such a great location. We loved the great beach view and enjoying sunsets from the wrap around balcony. The resort pools were very clean and never crowded. The beach was also never crowded and chairs/umbrellas were always available. We ventured up and down Grace Bay Beach and even went to the Beaches Resort area (since this is where the commercials were filmed). We realized that we much preferred the location and laid-back atmosphere of the Royal West Indies compared to other locations on the beach. Caicos Island is so beautiful...words cannot even describe it and pictures cannot do it justice unless you see this part of God's creation for yourself. Also, the people of the island are extremely courteous, friendly, and just wonderful people. We typically like to explore new locations each summer instead of visiting the same place; however, we all decided that we will definitely return to Turks and Caicos and would love to rent this awesome suite again in the future."

  • Terrific house

"Just got back from a wonderful week in this lovely home. Extremely clean, well appointed and fully stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes and glassware. Bathrooms all had complimentary bath products which is unusual for villa rentals. We had a mid week housecleaning which was very nice. The property manager was very helpful and responsive when on the first day we experienced a power outage. She contacted the local power company and kept us informed as to the status of the problem. A short walk to the beautiful white sand beach, and short drive to almost anywhere you'd like to go on the island. Renters should be aware however that the main living area is on the second floor with a moderately steep staircase, though not an open staircase, there are no railings which may be difficult to manage for some. We had a relaxing stay in this great house and am sure you would love it too"

  • Great location - perfect spot for relaxation, snorkeling with private pool

"We visited in early July and chose this villa for its fabulous location and views ! It's directly on the beach - you can relax by the pool in shade and you have your private tiki hut on the beach! There are stunning views from the house and the pool ! We loved that you could walk right out to some of the best snorkeling in the world. We would walk a short way to Bight Settlement reef and then float on down with the current and saw all kinds of amazing, colorful fish - sharks, barracudas, turtles, angelfish, snapper, stingrays, tangs, etc. It was amazing - i think we snorkeled all 7 days morning and afternoon. The house has a cottage, beachy feel - great AC in the bedrooms - the main house gets a bit warm in the late afternoons but there are ceiling fans and floor fans and the wonderful sea breezes. We had a small issue with the outside shower that the housekeeper had fixed the day we notified her of it. We walked to Turtle Cove several times for dinner and easily walked to the fish fry at Bight Park on Thursday night. Overall we loved the trip - location, location, location !"
