"Our first trip to Turks and Caicos. Absoulutely gorgeous! The pictures are very true to the view you will enjoy each morning. Very clean, friendly and very accomodating with every need you may encounter. We never had any problems finding beach chairs or umbrella's at either the beach or the pool. Mel helped us arrange a nice fishing trip and the staff suggested a trip to Taylor beach (highly suggest visiting) we took our lunch and some chairs in which they helped us gather. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff even housekeeping was very friendly and gave us suggestions. Not a big night life area in which we loved. It is expensive to eat out but we did venture out to Hemmingways and enjoyed a great evening and meal. A very relaxing vacation but not a lot for teens. My family and I enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to going back and will request this villa."

  • Fantastic Family Vacation

"Too often the actual doesn't match the photos and you end up disappointed. Casa Grande is not one of those cases! Our family of 5 stayed there with my wife's sisters family of 5. The house is large enough to accommodate a lot of people and has spots for everyone to get away if needed.. The kitchen and family room allows for big gathering and all of the bedrooms are big enough to hang out in. The pool was great, the walk to beach was short and the beach itself was basically private and beautiful! There are plenty of water items like kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel equipment and my personal favorite, floating mats. It's close to everything like good restaurants and grocery store but far away to be private. It has it's own gate and security team monitoring the home. It was simply awesome!"

  • DREAM PROPERTY! Private paradise...

"My husband, his 2 adult sons and a close family friend stayed in this three bedroom, three bath beach house in gorgeous Sapodilla Bay. We were all blown away by the location and amenities included. The pool and wrap around deck (along with outdoor bathroom and beach bar) were perfect with equal shade and sun throughout the day and plenty of lounge chairs all complete with stunning beach views. The beach is private with white, soft sand and calm, clear blue waters. Safe swimming for all! The kayaks were very popular for checking out the sea turtles, ship wreck and overall beautiful vicinity. We dined in mostly with the well stocked kitchen - but did enjoy the food, service & views of Chalk Sound (along with walking distance location) at Las Brisas. The house has a lovely open layout with plenty of privacy & quiet when needed. We loved the island and this home - we can't wait to return. Highly recommended. Also... We were visiting in June and had no issue with it being too hot or any A/C issues. Perfect, dream vacation!"

  • Beautiful home, stunning views!!!

"What a beautiful retreat. From the first moment we landed on the island my family and I were made welcome. Jose is incredibly friendly, helpful and very informative about where to go, what to do and how to do it. He also brought us a lovely rum cake (the best on the island!) to make us feel at home. The house is impeccably clean and well kept. The housekeeper comes frequently and is very helpful with light tasks around the house. The beach views are absolutely stunning and the pictures can't begin to do justice to the house and the surrounding views. Absolutely first class care from the staff and owners! You will definitely have to have a rental car to get around for groceries and activities since the island is spread out. All in all for a quiet get away, romantic retreat or just some rest and relaxation, this is the place to visit. You won't want to leave!"
