  • Beautiful, quiet and clean

"We (4 ladies) stayed at Villa Blanca in October 2016. This was our first time visiting beautiful Turks and Caicos. We were met at the airport and led(we had a rental car) to the villa (stopped at the liquor store on the way) and given a rundown on how everything worked. We had also paid for them to stock our kitchen and they did a stellar job on that as well. We enjoyed our stay at this clean, modern and comfortable villa. The description is very accurate. The plunge pool was clean and had a great view of the houses around the area at night with their lights on which was pretty. The location was perfect for me, away from the hotels. Taylor Bay is amazing! The walk to the beach from the house is not an issue. Down the driveway, straight accross the street through a 60ft trail and you are there. The ENTIRE bay is knee-deep or less. Since I'm afraid of sharks (stupid, i know) while lounging in the Bay, I could forget about them as you can see anything through the clear water. We did swim around the point to Sapodilla Bay but it was still shallow enough to walk (chest deep at the most). When there were more than 4 or 5 people in the bay (normally it was just us) we would joke that it was getting crowded. The lounge chairs are kept at the beach and were very comfortable. The only negative was the internet was down for a couple of days; however, from what I have read - I believe that is common with most home rentals. The manager waived our air-conditioning bill because of the internet issue (some of us relied on it for work). There is a grill available on the property albeit a little dated and fragile, it did its job just fine. The outdoor patio was very comfortable as well. Nice deep cushions. The beach towels were also nice and thick. I didn't know we had a free house-cleaning mid week. They called to see when was a convenient time for them to visit. We came home from a long day at Grace Bay to a remarkably clean & tidy house. My family is returning in March because we loved the island so much. This time we are staying in Grace Bay because we have kids coming and will want to be around more restaurants and activities. I know Grace Bay is amazing but I would personally rate Taylor bay as a better location because it is so quiet and remote and it is so shallow so far out. When my husband and I return to the island without the kids we will definitely be staying at this villa."

  • Location is great!

"On arrival, Adeline was not in the office, (she wasn't too far because we saw her soon after that), but the young maintenance man got ahold of a housekeeper and got us into our room as soon as we got there, even though we were about 1 hour earlier than check in. The only disappointment was that David had told me he had a couple of bikes we could use, but When I asked about them, Adeline said they were not in good shape and couldn't be used. We stayed in the studio, #8. It is just as it is pictured on-line. Small, with no pool access, but does the trick if you are a couple, out and about all day. Bed wasn't great as it squeaked whenever you moved at all. We moved it away from the wall a bit which helped. We would take our morning coffee to the poolside and then our evening wine to poolside. The 2 bedroom units looked beautiful and had outdoor eating areas adjacent to all the gardens and the pool. The gardens were beautiful and little geckos greeted you everyday. We did need a pot, pan and a can opener that was not in our little kitchen when we arrived, but just ask Adeline, she got it for us right away. We asked for a broom mid week to sweep the sand from our floor and she got it for us as soon as we asked. Towels, including beach towels, were good quality and sufficient. There were laundry facilities to use in the evening if you chose. You can't ask for a better location. Right across the road and you are not even a 5 minute walk from the beautiful beach. There are loungers on the beach that belong to the property, but a few of them are broken and need to be replaced. There was an umbrella and 2 lawn chairs in the closet, and we did use these at the beach one day. The grocery store, restaurants, car/scooter/ bicycle rental, coffee shop, and other shops are right there also. The information on the net said the grace way gourmet was more expensive than the IGA grace way (which you would want to drive or bike to), but we went to both and I didn't find much difference in price, so the grace way gourmet right down the street is where we got our groceries. ( and yes, they are both expensive, but I was pleasantly suprised, the cost of drinking water was very reasonable.) So, a great stay at a great location, beautiful weather, beautiful beach, lovely people. We will be back! Janis"

  • Spectacular Views in nice, spacious home.

"My family and I just returned from a weeklong trip to this property. We had a large party so the ample bedrooms and living spaces were great. The owner and property manager were extremely nice and responsive. The views from every room in the house are amazing. We were in the pool everyday and made use of the direct access to Chalk Sound, kayaks and close proximity to the amazing Sapodilla Bay. The home is nice and clean, though it is worth noting a few things were in need of updating."

  • Breathtaking Villa and Views

"I have stayed at many wonderful Villa's all over the BVI and other Caribbean islands. Cascade is definitely now one of our Top Favorites. This place gives each couple amazing privacy with great views in all the bedrooms spaced apart on each tiered level down. But then it has amazing places on every level to come together and enjoy time with your group. I would not suggest this villa for those who would have trouble with stairs but we found with all the Fabulous Meals Becky with Sea Salt catering cooked for us throughout our stay we all stayed fit during our stay. Back to Becky and the catering. If you don't have her come cater during your stay you will be missing an amazing experience. She is outstanding, so very nice and was a major highlight each evening at our dinners with our group. We had the best meals on the island prepared by her and her staff. Cascade has fabulous beds, amazing out door showers, fabulous 2 story pool and the privacy on the beach was spectacular. Grace Bay Car Rentals is a must for vehicles as they are always so wonderful to work with too as the Villa is not walking distance to dining out or other excursions you may go on. (Kenard Cruise Day Trip on the Power Cat is another great experience) TC Villa group was exceptional to work with on this trip and they also suggested Spatropique come in for Massages. They were all so nice and again another relaxing day at the villa enjoyed by all. Best Couples getaway our group has ever had."
