  • Ballyhoo -perfect getaway

"The cottage is really beautiful in a quiet setting. My pictures could not do it justice...the pictures online are a true representation of what the cottage looks like. It is beautiful, very clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed walking to restaurants for lunch and/or dinner and felt very safe even at night. We rented a small car for $20/day for half the week which allowed us to drive to Grace Bay and the grocery store as well as lunch at the Conch Shack. We very much enjoyed the privacy at the Cottage and having our own pool. We also walked on the beach from the Cottage to Grace Bay, although a long walk, it was great exercise. We definitely recommend Ballyhoo Cottage! We had been looking at this place for a number of years for a getaway and finally had the opportunity to rent it for a week."

  • Wonderful Low-key Vacation for family of 6

"My wife and I took our 4 kids to Coral Gardens for a week stay. Many thanks to Leanne, Jamy and Jaya. We hope to return next year. Room: Beautifully appointed and wonderful layout with awesome floor to ceiling sliders that were exactly as pictured with oceanfront unobstructed views. Very clean, Dorraine did a great job housekeeping every day and knew we preferred mid morning. Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. Our youngest 2 shared the Sofabed. Kitchen well stocked with wares and utensils. We had breakfast in the room everyday. Location: Perfect if you have a rental car. It is not as busy as the grace bay area and not too secluded either. Nice balance allowing us to visit Smith Reef, thursday fish fry at the park, and the busier grace bay area for more food options. Ideal location I think. Pool: small but clean and not crowded Beach: absolutely the best part. The reef is right in front and we went out 4 or 5 times a day. Kids loved it and never got bored. Restaurant: Food was very good but menu pretty limited. Great live music in the evenings that ended a little after 9pm so very family friendly. Water is pricey and we drink a lot of water. We brought our own water bottles from the room and they never gave us a hard time. Activities: there is a small souvenir and activity shop onsite for tours fishing sailing parasailing banana boating etc. Concierge: Jamy was a great person to have onsite for recommendations and guidance. Wifi: wifi connection cut out sometimes. Connected to the the router on a higher floor instead which happened to have same password and better connection."

  • Great central base camp to visit Provo

"Great communication and support. So many inclusions (bikes, snorkling gear, beach chairs, cooler, ombrella, local cellphone, beach mats...). Very welcoming experience and affordable experience on the island, even more if compared with any "beachfront" villa. We totally felt like it was our own cottage, nothing is missing. Its also greatly appreciated that they provide a island cellphone and that someone is alway reachable for any questions or recommandation. We felt secure and confident and not "left alone on the island". If you want to see around, you have to get a car anyway, even if you rent a beachfront unit at 20x the cost. Driving in provo is safe and as the island is small, you can (and will want to) see it all. This cottage/villa is centraly located, so you can get ANYWHERE within 15 min or less. Food is good everywhere on the island, but restaurants are on the expensive side. Our meal routine was: 1) breakfast at the cottage, 2) for lunch: high end sandwiches, salads and wraps to go from Graceway Gourmet (thanks for the supplied cooler and ice packs!), 3) dinner most of the time at the cottage (new Weber BBQ at your door, and full kitchen inside). Good and affordable food. Beaches are incredible, it's great to just reach in the cooler, open a beer and grab a sandwich right there in your own cooler. No need to leave the beach and wait an hour to get lunch in a restaurant. . We would totally go again, next time with the whole familly in both the villa and cottage :-) Cheers !"

  • Perfect location and beautiful place to stay!

"This was my second stay at Diasanadu and would recommend it to anyone! Perfect location with easy walking access to the beach and the great restaurants of Turtle Cove. The large deck had beautiful views of the marina and ocean, perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning and drinks in the afternoon. Owners Barb and Martin were such great hosts that made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back!"
