  • Couldn't have asked for more!

"My husband and I arrived from southern Canada and from the moment we walked into the condo we could not have been more impressed. We wanted for nothing while we stayed in Candi & George's condo. The room was beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Balcony was a great place for morning coffee. Candi always returned my emails and phone calls within minutes. The suggestions for restaurants and transportation on the island were spot on. Can't wait to go back!!"

  • Beautiful Condo in a Gorgeous Location!

"Our family of four spent the Christmas/New Year's holiday week at this beautiful condo suite in Provo. The pictures are 100% accurate...the condo is huge, spotless and has an amazing location steps from the pool and beach. Everything you need is provided, and extra kudos for very comfortable beds. Andrea (local manager) was very responsive and a delight to interact with. The on-site beach staff, especially Jerome, were wonderful and made sure we had prime beach chair locations each day. Even though we weren't renting from Coral Gardens, the staff in the front office was helpful when we had questions. We love to snorkel, and the reef right out front provided many hours of underwater beauty. The only drawback is that the beach attracts folks from all over who come to snorkel, so it is more crowded than areas to the right or left of the Coral Gardens. We loved having Somewhere Cafe right on property, for the excellent food, drinks and entertainment. All in all, a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!"

  • Alexandra Honeymoon Retreat

"We thoroughly enjoyed our Honeymoon stay at your villa at the Alexandra Beach Front Resort. The location of the resort and room views were everything you promised. We often dined on the patio enjoying the ocean breezes and views. We were very surprised that this time of year had virtually no bugs. We very much enjoyed the resort staff and especially House Keeping personnel who were extremely gracious and a pleasure to deal with. The daily housekeeping and turn down services were unexpected but a nice amenity. The resort had numerous complementary activities and plenty of beach front lounge chairs for our beach binging. The shuttles to and from the airport, grocery store and rental car office across the street are very convenient. Overall our experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this unit to my friends. While I would not change anything, I would suggest that the maintenance staff secure the dish washer to correct the tipping safety concern. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your villa. Jim & Robin Heacock."

  • Very nice townhome close to a beach.

"Shelly, the manager was extremely nice. She waited with us at the airport while it took over an hour to get our rental car and another member of our party to arrive. The townhouse was roomy and comfortable. They provided a blowup mattress that was very comfortable for the fifth member of our party. We had been promised in advance that a beach umbrella and cooler ("and much more") would be at our rental upon arrival however it took a few requests to get these items. Nice breeze through balcony and patio doors, air conditioning worked well, request for access to outside water to rinse sand off our feet was taken care of quickly. Repair (battery) for one of two upstairs ceiling fans that did not work was taken care of (hopefully other fan repaired for next tenant). Having a rental car was vital to being able to fully enjoy Providenciales. We explored different beaches almost everyday. The location of the townhomes is near a few restaurants but not to the area of Grace Bay where there are lots of restaurants and shops. We met a woman who was renting another townhouse and she said they paid a taxi driver $80 to go to town and back. We brought her to the grocery store in our rental so she could pick up groceries. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils in unit. I think the salt air affected the tableware as the spoons, forks and knives had spots on them that didn't come out. But they were clean so all was good. We enjoyed the blender for making exotic beverages. The swimming pool was close by and I enjoyed it very much although I was the only member of our party to use it. Nice shade and rarely anyone else at pool."
