  • The Perfect Location!!

"We stayed in this condo in December and would highly recommend it! It was very nice and exactly as pictured. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is well kept and clean. It is a perfect location with shopping, groceries, and restaurants within walking distance. We loved walking the beach and felt like the Villa Renaissance had the nicest beach! It is a good idea to bring mosquito repellant along. We needed it at night at the outdoor restaurants and on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to all our family and friends!! We had a fantastic vacation!!"

  • Great central base camp to visit Provo

"Great communication and support. So many inclusions (bikes, snorkling gear, beach chairs, cooler, ombrella, local cellphone, beach mats...). Very welcoming experience and affordable experience on the island, even more if compared with any "beachfront" villa. We totally felt like it was our own cottage, nothing is missing. Its also greatly appreciated that they provide a island cellphone and that someone is alway reachable for any questions or recommandation. We felt secure and confident and not "left alone on the island". If you want to see around, you have to get a car anyway, even if you rent a beachfront unit at 20x the cost. Driving in provo is safe and as the island is small, you can (and will want to) see it all. This cottage/villa is centraly located, so you can get ANYWHERE within 15 min or less. Food is good everywhere on the island, but restaurants are on the expensive side. Our meal routine was: 1) breakfast at the cottage, 2) for lunch: high end sandwiches, salads and wraps to go from Graceway Gourmet (thanks for the supplied cooler and ice packs!), 3) dinner most of the time at the cottage (new Weber BBQ at your door, and full kitchen inside). Good and affordable food. Beaches are incredible, it's great to just reach in the cooler, open a beer and grab a sandwich right there in your own cooler. No need to leave the beach and wait an hour to get lunch in a restaurant. . We would totally go again, next time with the whole familly in both the villa and cottage :-) Cheers !"

  • a nice getaway

"overall, a nice house in a good location. while you need a car, you can walk to a few restaurants and coffee bars. the house itself is spacious, with a wrap around veranda porch, nice pool, and easy access to the beach. The beach itself is rocky, and not as nice as the grace bay beach, but snorkeling is available right here. the kitchen is well stocked, rooms are spacious, and the area is quiet. the lower rooms are dark, and don't have wifi, but otherwise come well equipped. overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!"

  • Beautiful

"We were fortunate enough to be the guests of friends in this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by an adorable young lady named Lizzie and the housekeeper Miriam. They welcomed us and made us feel right at home. The home is equipped with absolutely everything from nice beach towels, to ample bath towels, hair dryers, tennis raquets and balls, even sun block and Off were available to us. Appliances are updated, washer and dryer are top notch and detergent was already in the machine. They don't miss a beat. The beds are comfy with nice pillows and down comforters. The home is warm and inviting, as well as the exterior amenities. Many private outdoor areas, a gas grill, a fire pit to enjoy an evening cocktail by, a beautiful pool, and ample chaise lounge chairs. The tennis courts and beach are only steps away. They kindly recommended several wonderful restaurants. They are the owners of a restaurant also named Coyaba, interestingly we stumbled upon that. Their restaurant was as nice as their home. The food was amazing as well as the service. It was our most enjoyable meal while on the island, I highly recommend it!"
